First of all, Karen through the "Chat" was very responsive and communicated clearly your services. She answered my questions and made this process very simple and easy. James Vanderbur was here until after 8pm making sure we were taken care of. After he installed the garage door opener, he made sure everything worked properly and then he suggested replacing the rollers on the door which we did.
