It worked perfectly for hosting many business meetings and small receptions. Guests did have a challenge finding their way up though, and signage is not readily visible. TheBag wrote a review.
Worst stay in normally a great hotel. They shut the water in our loft. We have never had this happen before. Really wish they would have moved us or something. Explore wrote a review. I have stayed at the one bedroom skyloft before but this time I stayed in the 2 bedroom and it was incredible. All the staff was amazing. But the best part of the trip was breakfast at the mansion.

We have stayed at many other locations and none of them come close to the service we received here. The butlers are all attentive and if you have a chance eat breakfast at the Mansion. Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience, we are very happy you were able to enjoy breakfast at the Mansion and that you felt our service was unparalleled.
