Received one notice and when I called should have received two notices. Took a long time to get the airbags, understandably. Called me the air bags were in, I arranged to leave work early to be set up with a loaner. Received a call the night before, only one of the recalled air bags is in. Still was not annoyed.
I learned in the first 45 seconds of the call they had them and they were sitting there and no one notified me. Ask for a manager to vent to and at 4 pm told no one to take my call. I called Honda corporate and made a complaint.
This is my 3rd vehicle purchased with this dealership and I will not go anywhere else. Getting my work done at another Honda-never to return to Route 23 Honda again. Cant trust them to handle my safety. In the past 7 years our family including brothers and sisters and aunt and father have bought 5 new Hondas from this dealership and another 1 from a dealership on Rt When car was 3 weeks old needed new parts which took 2 weeks in rental.
Since purchased in the car has needed brakes, 4 new tires, battery and starter.
I bring the car home and the next morning the car wouldn't start so they came and jumped started it and put a new battery in it and didn't charge me. I have a new starter which I didn't need. Manager said to me didn't you ever hire a plumber and the made a mistake.
She was not helpful and rather rude. Very poor experience there.

Since i purchuse my Honda Pilot in i always change the oil and do other service at Rt 23 Honda Dealership. I do have the best Experience with stuff mechanics and Costumer service. I live 15 mile oway and i have two other dealership close by ,but Honda dealership at Rt 23 is the best. I recomend this dealership to all. These people keep their promises unlike many other dealerships that lure you in only to harm your credit and make you feel miserable.
