One time actually ran over when it accidentally fell out of my truck in the field and I did not know it until I saw it laying there in my tire tracks on my way back and aside from a few scratches on the metal, looks as good as the day I got it over 5 years ago. I would be almost afraid to do that with the one I bought here. I cannot give this one a 5 star.

If you fill the lid up and your dog isn't as thirst as you thought, you can pour the water back in the bottle without losing a drop.
Jake said to give it 4 stars, because he still prefers his regular bowl, but I'm giving it 5. Being a Border Collie, he may be smart enough to get on here and change it, but if he's that determined I'll let it be. All in all, this is a great product so far. Baby Pink Verified Purchase.
Bought this a year ago; it hasn't held up. It's been dropped on hardwood floors, stones, and concrete, which has caused dents, dings, and holes that leak. I've repaired the leaks with aquarium-safe silicone but the metal is just so flimsy, I know it's going to need more repairs in the future.

I'd recommend this size, the largest, for anyone with big dogs and I chose the stainless steel because it keeps the water cooler for longer. And it comes with a clip for easy access!
