I too ordered the dresser online. Once it was delivered I took the packing slip to the store with my completion discount and they did a price adjustment.

I think it may be after? Be careful with Amazon, it's only on items sold by them, not 3rd parties, so you may be able to find cheaper options for some items by shopping around their site. I just got my registry completion from Babies R Us. I would call them.

I know my store said you can just come in and tell them you want to use your completion and haven't received one, they will give you the discount. I heard its a month before your due date amd that you can actually change your due date so that the discount comes in quicker!
I went on to the babies r us website yesterday and did a live chat to an associate. I asked if there was anyway to get my completion coupon earlier and she was able to give it to me right then and there. I'm about a month out! My BRU said that they've had complaints that they weren't coming until a couple weeks before the due date.
So they told me to put my shower date as the due date and it will come sooner.
I actually did that though.. I didn't even know about it. I called to ask a question about my registry and mentioned the completion coupon for some reason and he brought it up that I should make the date change.
