I told the manager, Jen, what I needed and despite not having the part in stock she told me if I purchased it and brought it back that she would do the labor herself. She looked up the model number and located a shop nearby with the light in stock. Despite being busy when I came back, she took the lights and my car and had the job done within 20 minutes!

I was not feeling up to par until I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Ciara, who i thought showed one of the best hospitality to be early in the morning. She was just GREAT I would recommend you to go there and get a oil change or any other car services and the wait was not long at all.

They had my car in the shop in about 30 minutes and all work completed in about two hours, super fast for a walk in. Good and quick service! We have been going to Mr. Tire since last spring and continue going back because of their high level of service and affordablity. We are so pleased with their quality and efficiency of work. Jennifer has amazing customer service and genuinely cares about helping their clientele. Sierra who was working there when I arrived was very polite and helpful.
She explained all the issues and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Great experience overall. It was a long wait. But they did give me a coupon discount because of it taking about 3 hours to get an oil change.. The staff was nice when they had to keep telling me it was going to be longer. Very fast and efficient service!! Workers there are extremely nice and go beyond there call to provide u an appointment and the best service. Great service and great people.
