If you work 29 average you loose it. I'm not kidding. No breaks, unless you smoke then you get a million, time goes by fast cause you're gonna be working straight through your shift more often than not. Also pay is meh. Cooks work HARD and don't get tips. Tips for drivers and P1, If you get a good crew it's actually fun, make lots of money a delivery. No breaks, work hard, pay is meh, lazy people, constant changing mamagers, health insurance is trash, high turnover, hour cuts, schedule changes. Good place to work. Mazzio's is a good place to work.
The management is great and the hours are flexible. It is very easy to learn how to do your job and you do get discounts on food. They will promise the world to keep you interested, but deliver very little. After several years I was making less in management than I had been in other less demanding jobs. I stayed for the experience for my resume and in hopes they would deliver on at least one of the many promises. Over all I feel it is not run well, the turnover is massive like most restaurants.
There were certain management team members that were exceptional. Over all I feel like this was not the best choice of job, I struggled the entire time I was employed, however I did walk away with some good knowledge mostly from key people, not the company as a whole. Okay place if you're desperate for money. The job can be pretty okay if you don't mind bad management and low pay rates. No background checks are done on employees so you can get some pretty bad coworkers that only last a day. No breaks are given unless you're a smoker, even if you're working a 12 hour shift.
Raises are few and far between and practically have to be begged for.

Mazzios is chill. The manager was awesome. Working there was easy with good hours and getting along with co workers and customers. I'm glad I got the chance to work at mazzios. Daytime business could use more help as far as getting more orders in. School caters take up a lot of time but are needed.
It was my first job and it was okay. I got minimum wage and they let me off whenever I needed it for school. Great place if you are a workaholic! I like this company. There is a minimum requirement for all salaried management to work 50 plus hours per week but it winds up being more like 60 to Fast pace, good benefits good food. Will work with you on your time off. Great people to work with. Alot of hard work which is good for you. Not the best job. Work schedule made it difficult for anyone with a family.
Pay was Minimum. Work schedule seemed to be decided based on who the manager liked most at the time. Very "Clique"-y.
