Written to the customer service for explanation but was ignored! Lazada obviously is trying to cover up! Total waste of my precious time to buy, the effort to return, to wait for refund, the effort and time for the honest review. They are typical China way of doing business!

For example, a shure ltd red was selling above 2k.
But a check at lazada showed that it has many price range. Some prices made your jaw dropped.
I've seen it tagged at 1. I could not verify whether they're selling legit stuff or not because there are too many counterfeit products of shure on the market. Therefore i always steer away from lazada if anything that breaks the RM mark. Anything above 1k has high risked of purchasing a counterfeit product that had very low chances of lodging a complaint and successfully fully refunded. Finally asking me to cancel the order from my side. Because if they couldn't deliver the order they can be fined by Lazada. So i offered a workaround by replacing and adding other item from the seller. I offered to bank in directly the difference, but the seller out of good will waived that difference and shipped the new items. I called Lazada to confirm many times if the item purchase is confirmed and they kept checking and getting update item will be delivered. Unfortunately the merchant TMT Online Thundermatch cancelled the order when it was getting closer to the delivery date. Sometimes not Lazada's fault. Lazada refunded the amount though.

I always buy items from top rated sellers or sold and fulfilled by lazada. Feb 11 , Feb 12 , Well lazada again, last month, jan of is my first purchase with lazada. And my experiece with them, bad I can only say not so good. Coz i tot the jacket is available ,but in the end, they also purchase from china And they gave me tracking numbe and say the item will arrive ard 15th of jan. I get my jacket on 25th of jan And the jacket having diffrent brand as the shown at the lazada website.

Hi, some products shipped from overseas will not able to claim warranty exchange if defective. No warranty if shipped from overseas. I raise dispute on ebay and the merchant asked me to ship back item to them for full refund, or keep the item and get partial refund. I replied to them its illegal to sell fake item something like that and they straight refund full amount and i get to keep the item. Hi bro, item shipped from overseas? Yup shipped from overseas. I dont care. I paid j expect ori item even the price is too low for ori item. For i know ebay can dispute easily. Same for lazada u can complaint if fake item u can return. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, only 1 item was inside "F1 ". I e-mailed them and asked them about the other item. They said not all items arrive at the same time. After a good few days past the delivery date, they told to take pictures of the invoice that arrived and the item that had arrived. I did. In the end, they refunded back into my credit card and all was good.

They treat CNY seriously like long trip journey to overseas. Jun 10 , I have spent a lot of money with Lazada and in doing so has save me a lot of money. For example, Caring is selling their stuff there at the same price of their retail shops. I just received the package today. No shipping fee, no parking fee, no toll fee, no petrol used. I can also earn credit card points because they accept credit card without extra charges. And because I pay using credit card through PayPal, in case there is any problem, I can file dispute at PayPal so far I don't need to do that.
And because they have good return policy, I have bought a camera lens for RM1, It made some funny focusing noise, I returned to Lazada and get a full refund. They even refund me the courier fee I need to ship the item back to them. I don't know which shop in Malaysia can ship me a camera lens and allow me to return it later. I also bought another product and doesn't like it, so I return it and get a refund plus the return shipping.
Where can you get this type of shopping experience? At most you can exchange for something, but full refund? Lazada is actually raising the standard of Malaysia retail industry. And if I have a problem, I don't need to deal with the seller because I only need to deal with Lazada. I have bought from Lelong. And I have paid by bank transfer instead of PayPal, so can I complaint to bank?

So I just need to register online and if anything wrong, I go to manufacturer service center at my local town. Almost all my computer and electronics gadgets including my smartphone, comes from Lelong. After paying shipping it is still cheaper than my local computer shop after asking for discount.
