When it was delivered it was the wrong order. I ordered some Gluten free items because my wife is gluten intolerant. None of those items were included. This ruined my surprise for Valentines Day. I normally enjoy food from here very much. However, after my last experience I will not be ordering again.
I have a gluten allergy and ordered gluten free Bolognese. I received regular bolognese. I understand mistakes happen but when it comes to allergies, a mistake can make someone very ill. Luckily I knew what the gluten free noodles look like from this restaurant and knew that what I received was not them. Pizza and Spaghetti and Cauliflower.. RPM Italian did not look at my notes for how I wanted certain items on the side and then other items removed. This is the second time that it has been incorrect. In addition, I have yet to receive my refund on 2 orders that were promised to me and I refuse to use this service again.
This is disappointing and I am angry that it has been so bad. I wish that someone would read this and fix it but I don't that anything will ever happen. Worst situation and terrible customer service. Just bad. Food was great. Original order was missing an item but called the restaurant and they were super helpful with fixing it. Food was very good. While it did take longer than anticipated, it is bone-chilling cold and snowing out. Definitely better than having to brave the elements myself!
Good food and fast delivery. I have no complaints! I called the restaurant immediately after finding they had missed half my order - spaghetti and meatballs. I was told to call Grubhub -polite service person but totally ineffective. No spaghetti and meatballs. I was told to reorder and that I would get a credit. Remedy should have been a grub hub person at my door in 10 mins with my missed order.
Chicken parmesan was awful. It was incredibly dry and about half an inch, all around the cutlet, it was actually so hard that it was hard to cut with a steak knife. It came with what looked like half a cup of spaghetti. I would expect a restaurant like this to have staff that knows how to make something as basic as chicken parm. Neither of those expectations were met.
Driver never delivered my food. I'm sure whoever got it thought it tasted great. I wouldn't know though. Fabulous Pistachio fish, Cauliflower and Pizza. The order was on-time. The food was tasty especially pappardelle! Unfortunately our delivery was late and the pizza was ice cold. Pasta was ok, really small portion.
Receiving cold food that costs almost 50 bucks makes me want to leave grubhub. Food was good, but the pizza was ice cold upon delivery. The chocolate torte was not labeled to have NUTS. Restaurant was great, grub hub was over an hour delayed. When you deliver the wrong food a replacement should be delivered in a timely manner with appropriate updates. Will think twice before ordering from here again. Delivery was on time but the food was badly burned and basically inedible because the food is black from being burned.
