Since the client pays the shipping, and must submit credit card info to smugmug, that's a minor hurdle that some don't quite overcome. There also a mitigating effect from the expiration of the coupon: Some clients don't redeem the coupon on time I typically give them six to eight weeks , and so ultimately never order their free prints. While I'm happy for them to get the free product, I don't fret if they're not committed or organized enough to actually place their order.
