Today I just needed air in my tires, and Jose was more than willing to help me out and very friendly! Im here at the arimingo store and the gentlemen that work there are very helpful and considerate. Had to wait for part a little longer then expected but service is great and professional!
They didn't sell rims so they bent my rim back into shape for free when I bought a tire from them. That was very nice of them. Date of service: So I just came to monro to get my oil change and I was in and out within 25 minutes great customer demonstrated and I appreciated it.

Great service and leadership manager James helped me fix my flat before they was even open and helped me get to work on time I appreciate it I definitely will be back there again to get more work done thanks again. James made sure my to let me know of the other issues that may be coming in the future and how I may be able to address them when they occur. Fast, friendly greeted me right away got me in and out told me extra things I needed to get done for my car and everything James and His staff was great I love it here would definitely recommend people to come here and get their car worked on these guys know what they doing and their really nice.

The manager James at Monroe on aramingo ave, was very help and explained everything very well for me to understand about my car. He was very respectful from the time I walked in until the time I left. I would recommend this location to anyone in the Philadelphia area. I had a 90, mile service done to my car and an alignment. I thought I would be there for at least 4 hours.
It was done in an hour! James helped me with my Monroe coupon discounts and kept me informed as to what was being checked. Felix was my mechanic and before I left, I personally thanked him. I will definitely come back. The manager James and his staff was awesome. James was very helpful with explaining things for me about what was going on with my car. The staff are beyond courteous and helpful, and the prices are always reasonable.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tires check since the tire light was on for my visit this past weekend. Jake was very informative and helpful with my questions and concerns, and even suggested a better oil for my car. He also kept the waiting room entertained during the service. I give 5 stars for the customer service but only 4 stars for the actually vehicle service because as soon a s I pulled out of the shop, my tire light came right back on!!
