I ended up waiting over an hour just to pull into the lane. Once I was there the staff was friendly but from start to finish my standard oil change took 35 minutes. I was highly dissatisfied with the wait times and it was not what I expected. The service was good and I was waited on in a timely manner. I went in for an oil change, Merrick and Pete were very friendly and made the experience that much better. They were having mechanical difficulties with the doors, but they made sure everything was done to get me in quickly. The staff was exceptional.

I told them that the pressure of my tires were high and they said they would lower them to the 33 psi. Installation of an air filter takes 30 seconds. During this visit, the technician did not know that the meter wasn't working properly for the oil I was purchasing which resulted in an overfill. They drained the oil and filled it again. The explanation for the inconvenience was "I've been out for a week, and didn't know", and "you got a flush for free! I chose valvoline because of the convenience of not getting out of my car. I have not been to a valvoline in years, and the las I have not been to a valvoline in years, and the last time I went, I didn't have the option to sit in my car, so I consider it a luxury now!

I got this work done on a Saturday morning and didn't drive the vehicle nowhere except back home until Monday morning. I was driving to work and seems something feel from beneath my vehicle and rattled a few feet, sounded like a wrench had fallen from the frame of the vehicle, but i can't be positive.

No value at Valvoline. I have been getting my oil changed at this location for years. Not only did I get my oil changed, but I had to have a headlight replaced.
