During our two weeks stay, the treadmills in the fitness room were both out of order. The pool is in the courtyard with the building surrounding it, which blocks the sun from the pool all day long. The door key cards are a joke. It takes forever to get them to work. First room had a TV that didn't work. Second room had a thermostat that didn't work - only blew cold air lots of cold air.
Called reception to get more blankets, but they never brought them to my room. The hotel is beautiful. Loved the kitchen in the suite. Full breakfast which included great coffee, eggs, waffles and sausage.

This was the best part of my stay. Room smelled musty, stale and not of 4 star quality. Property overall is getting worn down. This was not what I expected for an Embassy Suites.
