Our room had a balcony which was very nice. Room was clean. It seemed a bit on the small size but there was a sleeper sofa. The bed was nice when you were on to of the covers but when under them, the bed felt like a board.
Pillows didn't hold their shape well. I loved their outdoor patio and pool. Our room was pretty cozy and most importantly clean. The staff was pleasant and if I ever go back to Syracuse, I'd stay there again. I was expecting a different kind of breakfast, but they had a variety of sandwiches and vegetarian options to choose from. The bed was a bit too hard for me, but my husband was happy and slept well,. Staff was very friendly and helpful switching our room when a more desirable one was available, quickly replacing our broken hair dryer within a matter of 5 min.
