Nice but some misses. Very well located nice hotel. Room decor a little dated and huge balcony could have been decorated to make it less a concrete enclosure. It is great to know that our comfortable rooms, downtown location, and inclusive amenities were all to your liking.
That said I am sorry for our miscues and that you feel that you did not receive the best value. We appreciate your feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve.

We found the hotel very good value for money. Look at any other similarly ranked hotel in Charleston and pricing will be similar, with breakfast not always included.
