Flights are delayed often, what looked like a brand spanking new plane had the most uncomfortable seats ever, felt like sitting on wood in the exit row. You get what you pay for though.
Plane was over four hours late to depart! United did keep me up-dated but the reason for the delays kept changing! Having some luggage crew at Dulles. We waited a long time on the tarmac to get our carryon bags. We had a short time to catch a connecting international flight. Seats should be included in the fare I have never heard of that before in my life. Lost two pieces of our stroller. Accused by one of crew of putting green tag on wrong when one of the associates did it themselves. When the flight was delayed and has a risk to be canceled the desk representative helps to change my tickets to another flight at no extra cost and without any delays.
I like this extremely customer friendly service when representatives make an extra step to provide a solution!

Zero entertainment on board. You can't afford anything even at extra cost. I think at least providing a WiFi could be a good option! They clearly explain you may only bring a backpack, so this airline is for young low maintenance people taking a short flight from the weekend or something. Even when printing out a boarding pass they reming you again, its impossible to miss the warnings if you are literate, yet I still see people at the gate acting clueless when they are asked to pay for their carry-on, stupidity or rushing is not the airlines fault.
Now why do I think this air line is better than JetBlue? They are x less harassing. Frontier turns out the lights for the majority of the flight and the intercoms are quiet and you can actually sleep on their planes unlike any terrible JetBlue flight. If you travel often as I do, this is so important to me and I would never book JetBlue again for how aggravating they are.

Even frontiers online booking process is simpler. I think it was the cheapest flight I've ever had domestically. It was also one of the best flight experiences I've ever had domestically. I became a big fan of Frontier today. The crew on the flight was not very service oriented.

They were kirt and rude. If you like the cat and mouse game where you will be hustled about everything this is the airline for you. This airline is the equivalent of a Yugo car for those old enough to know them. Price looks great but the service is very bad Fight attendance are good.
Plane crew are very helpful and dedicated. Fees are too expensive for languages and to change your reservation Had to get a new ticket with American airlines to get to my destination Spirit did not have time to work with us. We were a group of 9 involving kids. The basics were what I expected: The crew was fine, the service was speedy, and I only felt a few things to be noticeably lacking. I had only chosen spirit because it was around 50 dollars cheaper than the alternative, and spent nearly two hours getting to BWI. When I arrived at the security gate with my phone boarding pass, they made me go back to print my boarding pass.
Phone boarding passes were never an issue with my typical airline, and I was told they only accept them from some airlines. Once I got onto the plane, I realized that there was also no in-flight entertainment. Fortunately, I had packed some books. It was also only after purchasing my flight that I realized my carry-on cost me as much as the discount I had gone so far to get.
Since I so rarely travel without a carry-on, I doubt I'll be able to use Spirit in the future. Unfortunately not knowing or being prepared for Spirit's system meant I cut more corners than I was prepared to. My luggage was ripped open in the back and I'm still trying to get it resolved. The crew were excellent The staff at the check in counter very polite and helpful No delay.
Seats are pretty tiny, and my booty fell asleep cause not much cushioning in the seat, unfortunately the bigger front seats were booked already. No entertainment available unless you consider the free massage from a 4 year old kicking the back of my seat. Slight delay 15 mins returning from Atlanta, no water offerred onboard. Everything was good. I like that The cree is amazing, the seat is too small and uncomfortable.
The seats are only good for real short trip. Even the cops got upset with the employees at gate. Great crew from gate to plane, moved to an exit row with no problem, making it the most comfortable Spirit flight I have ever been on. Not to mention we made it to Orlando early, even after departing late! While there were no outlets on the plane, I have come to not expect Spirit to have them.

I booked my flight thru kayak with out realizing the airline i was flying was spirit, I've heard a lot of bad comments about that airline, the crew was amazing they make everyone feel welcome. Well i used kayak and like i said it was my first time flying spirit so i didn't known i have to pay for my seat i think kayak should of let me know that. The service it poor they dont not were they at i have to wait 10 hrs to fly when i was all ready to go to my detinetion hey don't know were it my logger.
I liked that they depart and arrived on time. And the crew is pleasant. Overpriced for the "minimalist" design. Garbage crew, ripoff prices. Do not recommend using Spirit. The flight was delayed after we boarded- originally scheduled to be in time. We sat on Tarmac 1. The crew members were polite and courteous, and the flight was ahead of schedule in arriving.
Everything is extra, even water or soda. Seats are narrow so glad im not a heavier person. We do appreciate all Allegiant Air does for the military. Wish all airlines did what they do. Uncooperative ground crew App doesn't work if you are not from the US. Airbus seats comfortable but not the same on the Boeing No entertainment as No tvs and no wifi was available. Even the Delta App was not working.
Spent over 1hour delayed inside airplane due to malfunctions of plane, waiting on a fix. The fare was reasonable. The flight was on time. Boarding was quick. The seats were ridiculously uncomfortable and would not recline. So small. Baggage policy is impossible. For passengers who did not check the website before the flight it was a surprise to be hit with a carry on baggage fee.
The airline is only good for extremely short trips when you don't have to bring anything but a change of underwear. The customer service is rude, unhelpful and provided no solutions. I spoke with three agents including a supervisory and no one wanted to help.
