I loved the polite and friendly staff! They serve a huge breakfast with many choices! I absolutely LOVE that are truly pet friendly- and even have an area for walking your dog! So awesome! The hotel was so clean, and the pool was very nice! I will stay here again! They even helped us when we chose to stay another night, unplanned. They were quick to keep us informed and updated. Nothing that the hotel did was a problem. It was the careless, irresponsible people who were letting their dogs use the bathroom in areas that WERENT designated for dog use.
And NOT cleaning it up. Those kind of people are the ones that ruin it for others. Rooms were very nice if a bit small. Internet hasn't worked properly time we've stayed at this hotel. Even after notifying management. They responded quickly, but within a short time, the wife was out again. Pool was very cloudy this stay. Need to check on pool chemicals more often.

The beach access was great, we really enjoyed waking up to a beautiful day right in front of the ocean. The pools were also a favorite to my family. They had activities every day for my young children to do, and they had plenty room for everyone to feel comfortable and not too tight.
The access to the free beach chairs and umbrella were a wonderful addition. They also had free bike rentals. I wasn't satisfied with my room location. I was told i was getting an oceanfront room with a private balcony which we did however, it was on the third floor and we could barely see the beach above the sand dunes. I would recommend to get a room from the 4th floor and above if you really want a beach view. The beach access is great. Beach umbrellas and chairs are great.

Beach staff very helpful. Pool is nice. The location is great. I checked in with my family, we went to the room. Once I opened the door I was hit with a musty smell, come to find out it is due to the leaking toilet. I will tell you more of that in a bit. After putting up the luggage, my wife went into the bathroom and found some one else's clothes in there!! I am not sure how house keeping cleaned a room and left clothes hanging on the back door you can not miss it, it is a tiny bathroom.
At this point my trust in a clean room is gone, how do I know if the sheets were changed or the rest of the room cleaned up. The main door to the room did not close tightly it is loose when you touch it, this made my family feel unsafe, the backdoor handle is also very loose about to fall off , again not feeling safe compounded by the not feeling clean. I used the phone to call the front desk and complain and handset did not work, It only worked using conference speaker.

As for the toilet the floor kept getting puddles, the toilet was leaking from the base, I had to place towels around it to keep from my kids and myself stepping into leaky toilet water and transferring to the rest of the room. I tried to talk with the manager that night but she was not in and the front desk staff told me "they can send a tech that night to see if they can fix it or wait until the morning to talk with the manager" I had just driven 8 hours from Orland heading home to Texas, I did not want to stay up half the night with a tech in the room.
FILLED DYNAMICALLY
I went the next morning to talk with the manager and was told she would not be in until noon or so. By this time I had given up - I was only staying two nights and wanted to enjoy the beach before getting no the road for 11 hours heading home. I will definitely not go back there. Wyndham Management should be aware of their rooms and have them fixed. On a last note, my children got to see a drunk man escorted out of the pool in the evening while families were watching Zootopia on the Pool screen, that was eye opener for them as well as for many other guests that night.
The resort was right on the beach, but there are literally dozens of other resorts right on the beach so that's not saying much. We killed one cockroach and saw another. The wifi never worked in our room. The bed was like sleeping on cement with a downy layer on top and worst of all, when we told the front desk about these problems twice! There are literally dozens of other hotels nearby I would never stay there again. We are a young family with a 3 year old and a 5 month old and decided to take a weekend trip last minute.
A lot of surrounding hotels were booked full so we went with the Wyndham and it all worked out. Our first room was on the ground floor and unfortunately had some small roaches. After voicing our concerns, the Management quickly rectified the situation by offering us another room. The second room was very clean and had everything we needed. The hotel offers two pools, one with a small waterslide for the kids , free DVD rentals with a current selection, free chairs and umbrella on the beach, an arcade, and a gym.
Our 3 year old had so much to do she didn't want to leave. We watched a pod of dolphins from the balcony and enjoyed our time at the beach before leaving. They also let us use the pool for the rest of the day after we checked out. Overall, I would say minus the setback of the first room it was a perfect stay.
The staff and management were above and beyond helpful in taking care of all our needs. We had a patio that was beach view when we opened the door we could hear the ocean waves roll up on beach. Great hotel for family: We will be back. We had a great time! The rooms on each end are on the outside of the building because the stairs wrap around. We had one of those rooms Also downstairs by the bar and pool area the trashcans have a bunch of roaches! Our over all experience was great! The room we had was in the range, which is closer to the view of the pool.
Hence it's loud if you have small children it will be loud at night til 10pm when the pool closed. I recommend the family with kids or early sleeper get the higher floor. Our room was loud so the representative in the front was so nice and awesome. Her name is Morgan and she is friendly and helpful.
She helped us get a room with less noise. All and all we enjoyed our stayed and it was good Mimi vacation we had. Not much disk-like depending on your lifestyle and what to expect. Room was clean. Staff was helpful. Restaurant food was excellent.

Pool, hot tub, and beach were amazing. Renovation work was noisy. But this is the off season, so understandable. Location was nice as well as the pool with beach access. Everything was good except that I had to call twice and go to the front desk to request them reset the wifi. None of our devices would connect and everytime I called, they said they would send someone up right away to fix it. The day we checked out they finally fixed it. I liked that the rooms has a DVD player, refrigerator, and a microwave. The lobby will amenities like DVD rentals free of charge and the workout center.
The large heated pool was nice, because the weather was so cold and gloomy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, but there was some thing dated about the color and layout. It was muggy in the room, and you had a choice of making it extra cold, and the mugginess was gone, or room temperature with all the mugginess. The rooms facing the big pool had nice views, but they crank up the music at 9: The Suites at Marina Bay.

The sheets on the beds looked previously used, there was mildew on one of the pillows, the carpet was coming up from off the floor, the bathroom sink was gross, the bathtub was not clean and had a used rag in it, and there were two used cans of bug defogger just sitting on the floor. Location was good. Room overall was clean. Refrigerator was awesome.
Only one small working ice machine in this 3-story motel, sporadic Internet service, no phone in our room, defective light switch, nonfunctioning elevator.
The only bright spot for the Seabreeze inn is the location. It is very close to the beach, shopping and entertainment.

The air conditioner was loud, the television was circa , there was no phone, the WiFi was week, the bed was hard, the sheets stained. On top of that, the TV remote didn't work and most of the channels had no volume. Until renovations are complete this inn should consider closing. Paint was chipping and fixtures were coming detached from the walls, just to name a few structural damages.
While the bed sheets seemed clean I slept in my clothes as the bathroom had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned for quite a while. The room smelled really bad. There wasnt any bar handles anywhere. There was blood on our sheets. No iron nor iron board. There was no "pool". The hotel was under construction. I was better off in a motel 6. It was too expensive for such a basic room.
It is not close to the beach. The beach is not even in walking distance. No breakfast. It was very dirty, our feet were black after walking on the carpet. Most of the lights were burned out. The room needed several updates. The door was hard to open, shut and lock.

Able to use the holiday inn facilities next door. Staff very helpful and friendly. Pool and hot tub at perfect temperature. Beach was beautiful and easy access. Great place. After your work out, take a dip in our two outdoor heated pools. The room overall was quite nice. I like that I had a fridge and microwave. Was not a fan of the bathroom. No exhaust fan meant it stayed steamy, and of course nothing to suck up any smells. And lack of usable counter space as well.
If the shelf above the toilet was flush with the wall instead of having that 1 inch gap, it would have been helpful, stuff kept sliding and falling through that gap, which was pretty annoying. Being right on the beach with a balcony facing the ocean was great! Heated pools and hot tub were nice to have since we came in winter months and ocean was cold. Also liked having a full fridge and microwave in room. Noise, there were a lot of families with children staying near us.

You could hear them in the halls running and above us. But I guess that's to be expected in a hotel, just felt that I could hear them well. Rude front desk staff. Housekeeping chat it loudly in the hallway, so I'm just standing around looking annoyed when you need it to pass through. Called before booking and wasn't told hotel is under renovations. Need it 10 extra minutes to check out and was told it was OK bye front desk.
Minutes later front desk called back and tells us it's not OK. Get third call saying it was OK We came for our anniversary with the intention of getting a nice room on the beach especially for the amount charged for the room but instead we got a motel like room with an horrible view of the parking lot it took all I had not to busy out in tears.. The staff was not friendly and when asked about changing rooms was told no.. I am very disappointed. I enjoyed the pools the beachfront the room and the friendly staff.
We were placed in a handicap room with walk in shower, the shower over flowed and entire bathroom floor was flooded every time we showered. We had to call multiple times for extra towels to dry the floor. The channels on the tv kept going in and out which is frustrating when you're trying to watch a game. Thin walls and loud guest made it impossible to get a good nights rest.
