This place is designed for people who have other jobs mostly. Very few people can make a career of it You have to be a local manager or upper management. It is a fun place to work, but only as extra income unless you are management.
No room for growth, no incentives if you are a fantastic employee who has been there for quite some time. This Company cares a lot about keeping things creative and modern. Nothing corny and nothing boring. The artists there are all usually friends and we are like a big family. Rude awful management.
Management plays favorites. They terminated me without warning over very minor mistakes. This company is cliquey, disorganized and unethical. There also is a group chat that you are expected to participate in that goes off constantly and mostly is about nothing.
Schedule is confusing and subject to constant change, sometimes with little or no notice. Best start for an Artist. Such a great environment for an Artist. Definitely a fast past work environment at times, but overall really lax. Management was pretty good with hiring like-minded people, which made work so much fun. Muse really helped me realize my potential, and I am forever grateful.

Fun, Fast Paced job for Young People still on their parents insurance. Short workdays a typical shift is 5 hours long , flexible scheduling, heavy emphasis on Customer Service and Public Speaking. Responsible for maintaining fun atmosphere and entertaining non-artists. Scheduling is tough if you have another job or kids, it's different every month and they send it out to the employees 3 days before the month begins. The best part of the job is helping a person achieve something they never thought they could, they leave feeling so proud of themselves and it really makes you feel great to have a part in that.

They're great to their employees and are always accommodating to your changing schedule. Muse not only gave me a place to share artistic expressing with others, but also gave me my own studio to practice my own works as well. Enjoy working with other artists at Muse. This is a great place to work. The job itself is fun and rewarding, and the pay is competitive with other paint bar opportunities.
The staff at muse are very friendly and are clear communicators which makes working easy. Productive and fun place to work. You can be creative and yourself, yet still be professional.
It is nice to be able to where what you want and express yourself with your uniform by decorating your own apron. You also get to sell your own art there and keep all of the profits.
