Despite promises from customer care, its now the second month and the matter has not been resolved. I recently took out a contract with 8ta. How can one phone be approved and the other one not??? Who do I need to contact? I'm willing to pay courier costs. Sales consultants always have the same answer, "We don't know if we'll be getting stock".

Tuesday I went to Lenasia Mall and spoke to Lebohang from Telkom and he promised that after 2 hours I would have my number. I'm extremely , dissapointed by the treatment I received and worst of all my old Cell C number that I've been using since the existence of Cell C is not functioning. It was possible since to access the site and check balances before you run out of data. The service now is absolutely none existant.
