Staff were amazing, could have done with a shower cap in the bathroom, otherwise it was great. We arrived for a wedding and the food was absolutely gorgeous. Staff were so attentive all weekend.

Beautiful resort. This hotel is very pretty and reasonably priced. This was just a beautiful place to stay in a beautiful setting!

We shared our gratitude with the Spa manager Una the following morning and she was professional and lovely to deal with, another credit to this Hotel.
THE SPA SPECIALS
The restaurant was fabulous, we made gluttons of ourselves and could barely waddle back to the bedroom after!! The wait staff were lovely and very charming. Service was perfect, food was delicious. I have not stopped raving about this Hotel and the Spa since we came back and I am already booking another Spa weekend with 5 of my friends for May. This is the perfect place to escape the city life and unwind, relax and enjoy good food, relaxing atmosphere and peaceful surroundings. The only criticism was the bedrooms could do with a but of an update, mainly the stained carpets and curtains.
The TV had a great selection for a very reasonable price. And if there was WIFI in the bedrooms not just the lobby but this is my only tiny criticism perhaps it is good to escape the stress of emails in your bedroom!! We are delighted that you enjoyed your trip to Johnstown House Hotel on what for you and your family was a very special occasion. Rest assured I have passed on your gratitude to our team.
Equally, I have taken on board your areas for improvement. We stayed here with another couple in one of the Villas. Very nice set up and facilities.
The staff was very helpful and nice. A little bit of a drive to Dublin.
