The bathroom, including Spa Bath was amazing and - even though we didn't try it - there was a Hot Tub outside the bedroom. Staff were, on the whole, very efficient and the food including Room Service was of a good standard. We would definitely stay here again but would possibly call to book instead of using the website as this would offer an opportunity to ask where the different rooms were situated.

Great night at Aphrodites hotel. Great night stay hot tub outside great outstanding room , clean comfortable bed. Staff were great and helpful. Breakfast was great. Couldn't as anything for good night stay. Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are so pleased that you had a wonderful stay, Congradulations on your recent wedding. We hope to see you again in the future for more special occations. Our only niggle was that we didn't get wifi in The Cabin 1st or last which was disappointing but not the end of the world.

Feb Stayed here for my birthday in December. Easy to find with it being very close to Windermere. Greeted by friendly and helpful staff who were more than happy to answer any questions we had. I am sorry that you were not happy with your stay. We do advertise all our timings on our website, these are also on our terms and conditions. Late Check outs and Breakfast in bed can be added to suites within the main hotel. We are a strictly no smoking hotel, we do provide a smoking shelter which is situated away from the main build, the path and shelter are fully lit. We offer a small snack menu served until 8pm in the main hotel.
