The staff was very attentive and the pool was very nice. We're just on our way back home after an amazing spa weekend at this hotel. We stayed full board from Fri afternoon until Sunday morning. I usually like to combine a bit of pampering with a wander around the destination city, and Padua certainly has a lot to see, but we saw NOTHING, mainly because the hotel was so lovely and the spa area so relaxing and comfortable: The food and service were amazing: I would really recommend this hotel to anyone who just wants to switch off and be totally pampered for a couple of days. Next time we might have to stay elsewhere if we want to see anything of Padua.

Reviewed August 9, Wonderful Two nights! May Thank leonbass. Reviewed June 25, So nice that we didn't even leave the hotel! I don't get a relaxed and friendly vibe from them. A guy opened our room door without knocking and my wife was half naked. He might have been there to replenish the water in the refrigerator. He just closed the door and left without speaking. Many Germans were here. German, English, and Italian are all spoken.
We spent 2 days during our little honeymoon round-trip through northern Italy here.

The stay itself was nice. The pool area is nicely done with the warm water from the thermal sources. The breakfast buffet was not wow but is well presented. The system with dinner should be better explained especially on the first night. A shame. Especially as the food, I had lamb, was excellent. We were very happy as we had booked via a invent operator who offered 2nights there and we received a nice upgrade into a suite for our honeymoon. Everything was really nice. The real let down came on the day of departure.

Merry, the third Christmasbread Man who had a a tender heart and was always in love, looked for a place where he could spend love and caring moments with his sweetheart. They all stopped there and relaxed, regenerated and spent special magical moments together to dedicate to their own wellness.
We were called at 10am in the room to ask if we were checking out today and when, to inform their housekeeping. Then at check out the bill was wrong as we were charged 2 full menues instead of just 2 courses that we actually had. This was a sour end to a pleasant stay. Especially with the evening shows, live music one night and a magician for Halloween. All good. But check out really left a sour taste. No information about prices for extras. We were shocked at check out that we had to pay 8 eur each for bathrobes in a 5 star wellness hotel!
And noone said a word about this cost as well as no info about minibar pricelist in the room.
Not nice! Pool and whirpools excellent though! This was a birthday present for myself on m 60th and we spent two nights with full board and the Dolce Vita package It was very nice all our meals were great and we ate by the pool for breakfast and lunch.
