U should have a bigger variety of breakfast like waffles eggs or something sausage. Every room features Nintendo 64 video games. We had a king room and bed was very comfortable. Touring Henderson castle was extraordinary, a must for anyone interested in history or architecture. I was showing friends this Kalamazoo, and they were impressed. Unfortunately, we had to be changed to a different room. First, the key card did not work and once we were moved to a second room the glass door on the shower came off the track - luckily I was only opening the door to step in and it did not break. However, the gentleman at the front desk was amazing and happily moved us to a suite for all our troubles.

Overall, very disappointing, oh and my allergies went haywire from the dust and animal dander in the room. Having a weak connection or no connection needs to be improved.
Wonderful city with a lot to do as a couple. So many great restaurants and bars and evening attractions. We saw a wonderful show at Miller Auditorium and stayed the night at a decent hotel. We had drinks at a nice restaurant, walked around downtown which was beautiful and then had dinner at the Henderson Castle which was a nice treat. Had a nice romantic weekend. We stayed at the Henderson Castle for our son's wedding.
It was absolutely gorgeous! The food was great and the building is exquisite! The only draw back was that the elevator hasn't worked for quite some time, and our elderly parents couldn't get up to the 3rd floor ballroom for some of the reception festivities. Kalamazoo is beautiful, coming from Florida the early fall weather there was absolutely incredible. I will absolutely go again! I didn't get a chance to around the city because I was there on the trip and I got in at 11 at night so I had to go to bed get up get to my conference.
It ended at 5 and I went home but driving through Kalamazoo from what I could see the area look nice. I just needed to sleep in Kalamazoo to move to Detroit and I chose a cheap motel. At beginning the guests' opinions on booking scared me but I found this motel good to stay for a night. At reception they couldn't find my reservation and made it a new one at same price, there was no wifi in the room, cleaning in the corridors must be improved but Staff has been always professional and kind to me.
The staff was ver nice, the woman who check us in went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We were traveling with a dog and there was a very large grassy area next to the hotel where you could take your animals. This is an older hotel and the mangers English is not the best. That being said if you need a place to stay that inst that bad after and event at Wings stadium you cant beat it.

It is a 2 minute walk across the parking lot. Lovely hotel, beautiful room. We had checked in very last minute after our original hotel ended up being a total disaster. Great breakfast in the morning as well. I thought it was very nice and clean. Seems like the best hotel Kalamazoo has to offer. Great staff and restaurant. Huge pool and hot tub. I actually liked the hotel,for the most part the staff are very helpful.
They have nice breakfast, clean plus variety of food makes it nice. The bed was comfortable, heat was easily maintained, hotel was very clean, front desk was very friendly, price was good to just sleep,. The staff went above and beyond to make our family comfortable. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. They were the best part about the hotel. The hotel was located near the attractions we came to visit.
Our room was quiet. The hotel is located close to where I want it to be but a huge disappointment. It was a clean comfortable Hotel at a reasonable price. People were nice and it was a cozy cool unique place with great location.
