Everything was perfect from the weather to the staff and their exceptional service. Very happy with our superior room and so chilled and relaxed after such a lovely break. The spa and the treatments we had were very enjoyable and we were made to feel special throughout our stay. Food was lovely. Sauna wasn't working but steam room pool and Jacuzzi were fab. Massage relaxing. Our room was huge and had a patio door opening onto a small garden Lovely as it was such a hot weekend! Could not fault it. Excellent value and a very enjoyable experience. Would definitely return.
Check in was fine but got to our room there were cobwebs dangling and stains on the ceiling also the tap in the bathroom was leaking.
