FastTrack North had not record of my purchase and would make me pay if I did not find a piece of paper. I will just use fst track directly in the future to avoid another thing to remenber. I've used this facility for several years now, and this past trip, I had to wait 40 minutes for someone to pick me up. The waiting area had numerous employees whom did not want to work and was sitting there doing nothing.
The worst thing of all is the bathroom ceiling above the toilet was partially removed, and had a feeling that someone could look into the bathroom. I will try this facility one more time and if its no better, I will have my company remove you from our list of vendors. Overall, quite good. But when we returned from our trip and called for the shuttle, it took about 15 minutes for it to arrive.

The front bumper of my vehicle was obviously hit by another vehicle, and the front licence plate was folded in half crushed.
I am disappointed that this happened while the automobile was parked at the FastTrack facility. I ask that you instruct the facility personnel to be more careful. Your drivers were very pleasant and helpful, especially the woman who picked us up at the airport. I thought we would have to wait for a bus, but there was one there right outside the door from our luggage pick-up. I would use them again.

The cashier tried her dammiset to fix the problem and her supervisor was no help to her. I was very pleased with your service. I had excellent service from your company. The shuttle and parking itself was fine. We are very pleased with the service we received. I had a problem , Was charged twice even though I had reservation and had to contact customer service for a refund. After a few minutes sitting and waiting, someone took it uupon themselves to get a van to take us to PHL.
