Sometimes water taste like bad tap water. There are very nice crews but some of them are not. Not being late all the time for boarding and for off-boarding.
Boarding was very smooth and the crew were helpful, efficient, and polite. There was a good assortment of entertainment.

Overall very good and I think Delta has really made an effort to improve it's service. Plane felt very dry compared to others. The electrical plug outlet jams right at around your knee level. Bread was cold and rock hard seriously, can we not come up with a good solution for this? After having the same thing happen on the way to Barcelona, it was really disappointing.

Service onboard is quite limited. Food is quite basic. Delayed flight, my seat was bumped from an aisle to a window seat although I checked in online and secured the Seat 24hrs prior to departure. Well the row I had planned to sit in had two people with an empty seat in between. An aweful experience and to top it off, the planes entertainment program was broken so we were provided with no entertainment, video or audio. Short of the entertainment system incident, the service was pleasant.
It was nice to NOT be on a full flight and have both seats to myself. Entertainment system was not working, and crew was fairly nonchalant about it.

In the past they at least apologized and on the better end gave out drink vouchers. Delay on receiving luggage. Aircraft is not so clean. Plane was way too big for a short domestic flight boarding and departure took longer than the flight itself. My suitcase was damaged and it was not handled well at the airport and I have not heard back from the Airline. Weather delayed the flight by around 4 hours. Crew at the airport were clearly stressed and took it out on stressed passengers.
You had to ask for everything rather than the crew proactively doing things to make people comfortable regular updates, food vouchers, going around making sure people are comfortable. Captain on plane was good. Crew on plane was ok, more socializaing with each other rather than being proactively helpful. I upgraded my seat and I couldn't even recline it. If I would if know this I wouldn't of upgraded to that seat I actually would like a refund in this as well. Biggest issue the start very lax re security, 2 people never wore their seatbelts at any time, take off and landing.
