Guests reviewers commented that there was enough amenity in the apartment to make their stay comfortable with some singling out being able to use a washing machine as the best part of their stay. The majority of previous guests though, loved the views from the balcony enjoying an afternoon drink. A number of guests were not impressed by the cleaning in their units so much so that they commented specifically about the issues that they encountered in their reviews.
Common complaints included that there was evidence of previous guests on check-in and sand in the beds.
Guests commented that some of the furniture had seen better days and that it was chipped, wobbly or broken in some units. These guests remarked that they thought that the decor was dated and could use and overhaul to make the place feel a bit more modern. Guests were not at all pleased when they encountered a number of problems at the hotel including limited hot water in the mornings, cracked tiles, running toilets and paint peeling off walls.
