Can be very busy and once in awhile orders are delayed but they compensate or make adjustments. Somehow they do usually manage to accommodate a fully seated large restaurant efficiently- most of the time. Its a go to spot for us when we want a fun, familiar easy place with predictable food and fair pricing. My friends a I went there for dinner.
We arrived on time and were seated immediately. The food and service was excellent! Our server was very friendly and made sure we had a nice experience. We had excellent service from Katie. She was thoughtful and vigilant to ensure all my allergies were noted and I did not order anything which might not work for me.

Always a great time to be had. While Saturday night was very busy, we were catching up with friends and there was no pressure whatsoever for us to finish and clear the table. The service was excellent, attentive but not too much so. As a person who must be gluten free due to celiac disease, our waiter made extra efforts to check and assure that my choices were safe on his own initiative.
Would always recommend Iron Hill to friends for a good meal and a relaxed atmosphere. Not the better of visits to iron hill media. The area under our table was a mess, with pieces of fries and other crumbs, while we watched a small cleaning crew of two vacuum and otherwise sanitize a long table for a large group across the aisle. They accumulated and then left a small pile of crumbs literally within reach of my seat, so not only was I envious of others who would be seated in a cleaner area, but I had to look at the crumbs they had swept aside to make way for the arriving group.
The food was good, as was the beer, but the timing was off, with appetizers arriving immediately, before beer, and entrees after a long wait. A busy, popular spot with good. It's good to have a reservation at the weekends! Natasha our waitress was fabulous. She was knowledgeable and very friendly.
She always kept our drinks filled and removed our plates promptly when finished! Chose this place for a girls night out. We ordered drinks, appetizers and salads. The hostesses seemed very unorganized I got the text my table was ready but after checking in at the hostess stand they got distracted with walk in requests and I Just stood there until I could remind them we were still waiting to be taken to our table.
Beer was great and our server was good, but the food was disappointing. I had a salad with flank steak that was very overdone. Furthermore, these are billed as dinner salads but they were so small. Very poor value for the money and not very good. We won't be back for dinner again. Food quality was not what it used to be. Kids food came out cold, burgers are from frozen patties. Long waited. Order taken slowly. Long delay in delivery. Several items missing or improperly prepared. Slow wait service. It was not busy at all in the restaurant at noon on a Sunday. We waited a long time for our food, and then it was served cold.
We waited a long time for drink refills as well as our check at the end. Great overall experience! It reminded me of how an English pub would be. Always a pleasure to eat The Hill!! This is the second trip my boyfriend and I have made to Iron Hill and we will be back for sure! The service is impeccable; the staff is knowledgeable and absolutely shine with customer service! The food is top notch! It is a little pricier than normal but you can tell you are getting great ingredients in everything!
I also love the make-your-own flight option! So nice to be able to sample such a large variety of different beers! Great food great service large menu.
Cheese steak egg rolls are excellent. Waitress was fabulous.
Tasty, moderately priced food. Burgers and pizzas are very good. Lots of great beers.
Comfortable and relaxed. Everyone of us 6 ate everything right up, no problem. Gumbo was very good, as usual, and as usual they wouldn't give me the recipe! Fish tacos also very good. Nice not to have to have a burger every time! This is our go-to place actually three of the locations: Media, West Chester, Chestnut Hill. You guys had a great idea. The best fresh fish special blackened swordfish I have had here in some time and a view of the Eagles Bears earn this visit top marks.
Beer is good as well. Our experience was okay. This location is not like others I have been to, as the food was just okay.
