Welcome to MIAMI DUCK TOURS Pirate Style
The saleslady told us "no they didn't". We bought our tickets and while waiting the 30 minutes or more before departure, came across some travel booklets on one of the counters there. Flipping through the booklet, we came across a discount coupon for the Duck Tours. When we pointed that out to the salesman he said they can't be telling everyone that there are discount coupons available. I mentioned to him that we had specifically asked about discounts but still wouldn't honor the coupon since we'd already purchased the tickets.
Whilst in Miami we experienced the Duck Tour, value for money, funny as hell!
The tour guide was great, very entertaining would definitely recommend this trip! For the uninitiated, a Duck Tour is a guided tour in a vehicle that starts on the road and winds up as a boat on the water.

The delightful surprise was that the water part let us get up close to see the staggering private-island homes of the stars Shaq, Rosie, and others. It's especially fun for families and tourists who want to meet visitors from other countries. This is hands down probably the best city tour I've ever taken. Our tour guide was so hysterical!
Pirate Duck Tour South Beach
I felt as if we were being led around by Robin Leach from Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous as we maneuvred our way through Miami by land and then by sea! The tour is conducted in a contraption that looks like a mutant half bus, half boat that takes you through the streets of Miami Beach and then through the water as you cruise around the little islands between Miami Beach and downtown Miami where all the stars have their houses. The tour lasts only a couple of hours and is given regularly multiple times during the day but, call ahead to reserve a spot because these things fill up!
Overall, it's a great tour and worth the money if you'd like a quick introduction to Miami to springboard you onto your own independent sightseeing afterwards.
