It's pretty outdated, the hot water didn't work the first night then the next few nights it would work for about 10 mins. The room was incredibly humid, our clothes in our suitcase were not just damp but wet. The bed is not that comfortable and the food was very overpriced and very average. ONE empanada was 14 dollars. I don't feel that for the price you are getting a whole lot. But overall you aren't staying in your room often so we had a great time.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The amenities and number of activities you can do on site was great. The restaurants were par. The views were beautiful and the facilities were clean. The water pressure in our shower was sub par and it made for cleaning off after the beach difficult. The carnival night which was advertised as very fun and a great time was not really all that exciting.

This resort has facilities measuring square feet square meters , including meeting rooms. Rooms are large with great views. Staff is personable and helpful. The place is falling apart. Everything feels Busch league from the way the room was decorated and cleaned to the literal worst Chinese food we've ever had.
Great pool and outdoor public areas. Good at hotel was very expensive so BYOB and bring snacks with you. Price of food and bars was outrageous. We had requested two beds in a room we only got one king bed. We also met many couples who had the same issue and some vice versa they got asked for a king bed and got two doubles.
Liked the view from our waterfront room, convenience of all inclusive, and the staff was good, but it being off season, seemed to be sometimes a bit short on availability. The food quality was very average. If you are used to eating out above a standard sit down chain ruby tuesday's, applebees, fridays you are not going to be impressed with the dinners. Lunch was generally pretty good with some fresh fish, and sometimes cold shell fish.
Breakfast was decent, but i have definitley seen better spreads i get the impression again this was off season, so not their best. The room was very nice, but there were bathrooms in the pool area and other areas that you just felt like they needed refreshed rust stained urinals, and non working hot water in the mens room, and rusty light fixtures. The staff was very nice and helpful. Helped me plan a romantic dinner on the beach for my boyfriends birthday. The view from our balcony was amazing. The room could have been a little cleaner like the bathroom there was some areas I saw cracks on the toilet and the balcony area had some cobwebs but overall it was great.
You can snorkel right off the beach and see more fish than if taking a boat tour which is also offered at the resort. It's was great to be at a resort that is all inclusive. The view is also great! The facilities are nice and I loved the decorative tile in all the buildings. The rooms are not the cleanest; I had an ant problem in my room.
Little things are noticeable such as light bulbs being burnt out and not replaced or dirty floors. They have activities at night but they end earlier than when people are ready to go back to their rooms. Not a location I would go back to as a solo traveler. Service was the worst ever. They ran out of liquor the ran out of steak knives They ran out of milk.
The did not bring coffee cups when bringing a pot of coffee from room service They ran out of beach towels by 11am every day.
