This year was just as wonderful as in years past. Our waiter, Cleo, was excellent - and the food and ambience were superb. Our thanks to everyone there for a delightful evening! Nice atmosphere. Not stuffy, but still elegant. Great staff and excellent food.
Shanahan's delivers, unlike Perry's Steakhouse where the staff seemed put out to serve us, their steak wasn't nearly as good as Texas Roadhouse on top of being quadruple the price, and the atmosphere seemed stuffy and uncomfortable. For a high end Steakhouse, Shanahan's is the best I have been to yet! We were well taken care of at Shanahan's. They provided special attention to dietary needs, and that is always appreciated. Ambiance is nice, nice energy.
I wish I would have remembered our servers name but he was terrific and the Manager as well. I was bummed when we first walked in because we were seated at the very back corner of the restaurant in the back room but after leaving the table for a second during dinner I was very called as the big room was very loud! Can't wait to go back again! Valentine's Day dinner. The food is always top notch. Great atmosphere.
A little on the expensive side but worth every penny. Waiter was wonderful, a real pro. Steak bone-in filet was gristly with much waste. Wait was an hour with a reservation on a Wednesday night. They were apologetic and comped some wine while we waited. Michelle was outstanding. Great service! Dinner was nice. Staff was nice. Steak was over sreasoned. We thought we would have left overs but when she came to get our plates she threw the food away. Very weird. Overall nice place, over priced. Probably will not return. This is an incredible steak house, I had the filet and it was perfectly cooked and it was the thickest, most tender filet I have ever had.
The asparagus and au gratin potato sides where wonderful and the wine cellar is huge. Service was impeccable. Be sure to bring your full wallet with with you as it is an expensive dinner. But it is worth every penny. This is my fourth time at Shanahan's, probably my favorite steak house in Denver, and we have a lot to choose from.
It's a very vibrant place and an outstanding wine list. Only reason I can't give them 5 stars, the expediter missed that my wives scallops were burnt, so we didn't get to eat together since my meal was also seafood; which can't be eaten cold. The manager only offered a free drink to my wife. When she informed him she didn't need another drink, he left it at that and didn't offer and other concession. I expected more from a higher end restaurant.
Very disappointing business dinner-- 3 of my high level managers flew in to meet me for first time, I chose Shannahan's over Del Frisco's which I love to change it up. Sat down at 6pm, salads arrives at pm We had to finally request that our server be changed. Manager gives me his card when I was leaving and tells me to email him next time I am dining with them and he will stop by the table. This was a corporate expense but I was astonished that Shanahan's clearly was in the wrong, the server assigned to our table had too many tables and could not handle the volume-- I was embarrassed in front of new colleagues and they do not even offer complimentary dessert or even salads that we waited 90 min for??
Never again. I travel alot and this was definitely a great experience. Food was great as was the service. We had a reservation for 8: Whoa, what a surprise, some learnings on communication to staff and customer service are definetely in need. We were not even offered a free drink or anything. Looks like the owner does not need or want customers. We will certainly not return. We waited 45 min, for table. Waiter and MGT were out standing Food quality was less than expected sides were weak meat cuts were undersized for price.
As always, Shanahans never disappoints. Dani was our server and she was excellent. I'd go here over Del Friscos or Elways any day. Great experience! The food was great and so was the desert Besides the 40 minute wait to get seated, even though we had a reservation, the food and table-side service was impeccable. The food keeps us coming back time after time. Simply excellent from the valet parking until the check arrives. Made a special ocassion very special. Great bar to have a few drinks in after work and a great food experience. Go for the beef! Food was good; service once we were seated was very good.
However, we had an 8pm reservation and when we arrived they were still seating people for the time slot and nearly everyone at the bar was waiting upwards of 30 and 45 minutes for tables. For such a large and quite expensive and popular restaurant, issues like that should not happen, and the restaurant should not benefit from the increased bar sales from a complete inability to manage tables. An absolutely breathtaking experience!
From the valet, to being seated immediately for our reservation, the night was great! Our waitress Natalie was exceptional and the meal was excellent! From beginning to end, my husband, the chef, truly enjoyed the entire night! The only reason its not a 5 overall is because we had a 7: Please don't accept a reservation if you can not accomidate it. I enjoy dining at Shanahans. My only issue is the wait time. We had a reservation on Saturday night at 8: This is not the first time that Shanahans has been late in seating us at our reservation time.
I would like to continue to eat at this restaurant and will try them one more time. The food is excellent. Best steak in Denver. This is by far our favorite restaurant, but with reservations we are still forced to wait over a half an hour. And we are not alone. Why have reservations if you still make people wait that long? I know that if we came a half hour late you would give our seats up, so I feel like we can't win and have to wait. Great place for Dinner, exceptional service and above average food. Wine selection is unmatched in Denver. We went to dinner for our 17 year anniversary.
Service was great, food was amazing and just truly enjoyed the evening. Fantastic Service, atmosphere, meal. Prices I thought were a little high. Tables were very close together. I think there could be more room between tables.
Some conversations had a tendency to drift due to the closeness. Great food, great wine and great service. I have been before, and I will be back again. We go to Perry's and Del Friscos quite a bit. We really love Shanahan's ambiance and atmosphere, but were really disappointed in the quality of the food. Happy to share specifics if someone from Shanahan's wants to contact me directly.
Only catch was noise level was high Tougher on older clients Great service and happy hour specials! Great wine selection and excellent food! We had to wait over a half hour past our reservation time to get our table, but they did offer our group a drink on the house.
The good and service was very good. Expensive but worth the money. Very tender and flavorful.
Prices are a little high even for a high end steakhouse. Our server was great. Only real downfall was we had a reservation for pm and didn't get a table till pm. We almost packed up and went to Del Friscos down the street. Shanahans is always an excellent experience, excellent atmosphere, food, and wine. The customer service is always exceptional Thank You. When I made our reservation, I mentioned that it was our 40th wedding anniversary. When we arrived, we were seated at a comfortable booth in a quiet section and the table was sprinkled with rose petals.
We were charmed! Nice job. Special dinner with my son. Of the high end steak houses this one is tops in our book. Music, decor, extensive wine list are all big pluses. Overall it was nice. We reserved a table for the dinning room days in advance. Table was not ready an we were offered to seat at the lounge.
We did not accept so we had to wait longer for a table to be available. My husband and I usually enjoy dining at Shanahans. The food and service is normally wonderful but this time was a huge disappointment. We had a reservation at 6: The hostesses were not very friendly or welcoming that night. Two of us had ordered the Tomahawk bone-in wagyu steaks and our server for some reason had placed an order for only one! When the food came, after a longer than usual wait, they had brought me an empty plate!
At least it was warm, but empty! What I don't get is why did the server ask how each of us wanted our steaks cooked?!? We never mentioned anything about sharing.
When the second steak finally did come, I had already lost my appetite. The usual bone in rib eye that we normally order at Shanahans is much better in flavor and texture than the tomahawk wagyu they served. It just seemed all wrong that evening- from the hostesses to the server, and then the food. I don't think we will be going back for a while Went for our 17th wedding anniversary and it was amazing. The waiter was amazing.
Definitely going back. We love Shanahan's! The food and service are wonderful, they have every type of wine or spirit that you could want, and If you ask nicely, the hostess will even take your picture while holding one of Mike's Vince Lombardi Super bowl trophy's. They were extremely busy and were running about 15 minutes behind on reservation, when they seated us it was in the bar area, to close to other tables, we asked to be seated in the main dining room because it was a birthday dinner they stated it would be a few more minutes, we were fine with that.
When we were seated our waitress told us because of our extended wait that an appetizer would be complimentary, we ordered the crab it was delicious. After our meal our waitress brought us a birthday treat. I had not mentioned it to her but your hostess's did. Your hostess's were outstanding and made us feel special.
They were swamped but handled them self with professionalism. I can not thank the staff enough for an outstanding experience. My boyfriend is Gluten Free and everyone made every effort to make him feel comfortable,. Fabulous dinner. The steaks were cooked to perfection, mine melted in my mouth. Overall experience was good. Made a reservation through open table and called same day to confirm. Still wasn't sat til 25 minutes after reservation time and had to use a high top couldn't get a table.
Food was excellent although portions are not huge. Pricey but worth checking out. Frustrating when we had a 7: My friend and I made reservations for 7: They were giving away Prosecco to all the customers for having to wait so long and my friend and I were never offered the Prosecco. I kept going to the front desk to ask when we will be seated and the young lady kept saying in 20 minutes. Obviously, it was not 20 minutes. This was my second and last time at Shanahan's. My friend is a regular customer and she was very embarrassed on how things were handled.
I believe she will not be returning either. My friend complaint to the manager, I believe his name is Mark. Our waitress was very apologetic and very helpful. Excellent service and our steaks were cooked to perfection. Will definitely come back again. Outstanding experience! Top notch service.. Salad, Main course, two sides and dessert chocolate espresso mouse out of this world Kinda thinking I liked Shanahans, huh?
Front-of-house lets the kitchen down. That shows a pattern not a one-time problem. Either they want to build the bar tab or the young people at the front can't manage the walk-in's with the reservations. To be pointed to a waiting area and left there without as much an offer to buy a drink or anything while you are waiting is not the kind of thing I'd expect for such an elegant and fine restaurant. This time, once seated, I complained, a manager came over, discussed the problem and he said he'd be back. He never came back. They did comp the 2 glasses of wine we ordered and there was a missed opportunity for them to tell us they were going to do this.
That the check even has a code for the 'goodwill' discount, 'LW' Long Wait? There are far too many great steak houses in Denver and STK coming soon to Downtown for them to do this. Once, bad. Twice, a pattern and then for the manager to not follow-up during the next 2 hours is just bad service. Too bad because the kitchen is great. Another fantastic dinner at Shanahans, the service, wine, and of course the food was amazing.
The professional service by Phil our waiter made our special evening that much more special. Thank you to all the staff and management and looking forward to our next visit. The food was very good! The service was great!! The atmosphere was very welcoming. Good, friendly service, delicious steaks but was seated an hour after reservation. Standing room only at the bar while waiting. We had a reservation via open table app to celebrate restaurants 7th anniversary. Arrived on time to find out our table was not ready yet.
Lounge area was full, live band was playing. Food was great though! Although we enjoyed the steaks and the crab cake appetizer - the other dishes were less than stellar. We had potatoes augratin, creamed spinach, onion soup and lobster bisque. Really these were average and not worth the expense at a high end restaurant.
We loved the restaurant, it was our first time there. My one complaint would be that they need to add white noise, it was super loud and hard to hear. Waiting an hour for a table WITH a reservation is unacceptable. Great server. Nice lighting and feel. The main dishes were not that great. Mussels appetizer was good and so was the wine. By far the best high-end steak house in Denver. Ambiance, food, service, etc. Our server was still in training and she was amazing. I love Shanahans and never want to eat steak anywhere else ever again.
Our 25th anniversary dinner was perfect! The beet salad, onion soup and steaks were all delicious. Attentive service. This restaurant is far better than Elway's. Thank you very much! Went to Denver and stayed in Gateway hotel area. Only 17 minutes away. So meaty and little breading.
Son said his filet mignon was best ever, tasted it, agreed.
We indulged in the bacon wrapped scallops, which were indeed outstanding. Food, service was exceptional. Not this restaurant. Our waitress was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, charming and most attentive without being over present. No complaints. Bar open from open til close every day Happy Hour: The Combined Room provides a perfect setting and steak!
I had lamb chops Couldn't finish one. Husband lives his too. Wine list is great Staff was friendly, btw. Food and waitress like always were top notch. The reason service was not a five- we had reservations and were sat thirty minutes late. This is the second time we had 'thin' New York strips.
My wife had to wait 5 minutes after her salad came for her dressing. Nothing major but less than perfect. My salad was very good and the service was otherwise very good. New Years Eve was phenomenal. Even large crowds couldn't impede Shanahans's impeccable service. Well done!! Great steak. We got the petit filet which was cooked perfectly. Garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach rounded out the meal. Excellent wine and good service.
Just a really great New Years experience. Grappa and Vin Santo, what's not to like. The food, service and experience was outstanding. The prices were a little high, but in line with comparable restaurants in the Denver metro area. Every time I have been to Shanahans, it has been amazing. Our waiter, Francois, was great. The food was well worth the visit.
My husband had the veal chop and I had the CO lamb chops The side of brussel sprouts was of the charts. The only item that I would not recommend is the warm apple cake dessert But, it certainly did not hamper the overall night. Great venue for a special dinner! Great dinner, great wait staff. I greatly appreciated that everything was very well taken care of and that my wife and I were able to enjoy our evening together without unnecessary interruptions.
We had a wonderful time for our anniversary. Our waiter was attentive. The food excellent. We felt very welcomed. Absolutely perfect evening Absolutely perfect meal enoyed the filet creamed spinach and William Hill cab and creme buerle Wonderful service wonderful atmosphere A favorite of ours.
Amazing service and incredible steaks! Loved it! We will go back for sure. This is a great place to go for a special occasion, or you could go other times if high class dining is your desire. The dining is pricey, but the food is high quality and the service is extraordinary without being overbearing. We had a really fine meal and everyone was satisfied and quite full. The food is quite rich and consider that so you don't totally over order. But if you have take anything home, the shopping bag to carry it out is a nice touch. We'll be back, but we need to save up our pennies first.
Great steaks cooked to perfection and wonderful service. The food was just amazing. So Good! The cocktails just topped it off. Great place. Out server is why we keep coming back. She was amazing. Give that girl the best section and a raise!!!! Restaurant was excellent. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was cooked as expected. Quality ingredients and presentation. We celebrated our anniversary and table was decorated nicely for the occasion. Will definitely recommend and visit again. Normally the New York Strip is thick and flavorful.
This time the streak was thin; about half the thickness. A real disappointment. By comparison, we went to Elway's the next night and the New York Strip was worlds better. The salad and dessert were better at Shanahan's. Might give Shanahan's one more try. Not sure. Fantastic evening, wonderful Christmas Eve dinner. Great food and service. Party of four. The restaurant wait staff extremely attentive, courteous, and knowledgable about the extensive wine collection.
May be the best restaurant wait staff I have experienced in the Denver area. There were 4 bartenders, not all of the bar seats were occupied, and it took about 8 minutes for me to order one beer. When the rest of my party arrived, their experience was the same and after a few minutes we decided to skip ordering a drink and went straight to the dinner table. Waited 30 minutes to be seated with reservation no room at bar to sit unable to get drink in timely manner desert ice cream sold out brownie cake sold out.
Although it was Xmas eve, our waiter was very slow in taking our order and following up Made a 6: At first, I was sure this would make my experience an unpleasant one. But the staff realized their mistake quickly and offered us a complimentary round of drinks with dinner. The food was phenomenal.
The Sunday prix fixe menu was a surprise and was a great value. Thank you for taking care of your customers. Great food, service was excellent. Everyone was very attentive. We had a reservation, but didn't get seated until after Everyone was respectfully aware and did their best to rectify the situation.
Seems to a better place for 2 to 4 people We recently enjoy a small business Christmas dinner and enjoyed a wonderful dinner with amazing food and service!! Our server, Jessica was outstanding and attentive and was genuine and authentic. She was nice enough to take photos of our group by the beautiful fireplace. We consumed an extraordinary combination of fine steak and fresh seafood that left everyone nearly speechless about the quality of the food. We left full of memories and expanded waistlines and can't wait to come back to Shananhan's.
Fantastic, as always. Easily one of the best steakhouses in Denver. Worth the drive down to DTC! This place was absolutely amazing, I took my girlfriend of 3 years here after I returned home from a military tour and it was exactly what both of us needed. The food, the service, the atmosphere, everything was perfect. We will definitely be going back here again. The food and drinks were great.
The Waters's was very attentive. It was a great evening out with friends! The only negative of the experience was the wait time to be seated. Our party showed up at pm for a pm reservation and we were not seated till 8pm. However, food was great and our server made up for the long wait time. The difference to me is that while the meat and lobster are clearly high quality cuts the cooking is simply perfect, and that is hard to find!
The sides were also incredible. Nice wine list but in my party each person wanted something different and I enjoyed the Silver Oak by the glass. The only draw back was that with a 7pm reservation we weren't seated until 7: While this is clearly frustrating I must say it was well worth the wait! We prefer Elways over Shannahans. Flavoring is more on the salty side. Prime Rib cut wasn't as tender as Hillstones or Elways. French onion soup, I only had two sips of the broth because it was salty. Overall, this was the third time we've been here, but will be the last.
They say third time's a charm, but not in this case. Loved the waiter he was awesome. The ambience was amazing and the service was impeccable. Wonderful service and food. Great atmosphere! Pricey - but you do get what you pay for. We were there for our anniversary and had just simply mentioned that while booking our reservation because they ask 'is this for a special occasion'. Upon arrival, we received a beautifully decorated table and a special dessert solely for our anniversary. Very personal touch! Will most definitely be returning! Really terrific food and nice atmosphere. But our OpenTable reservation was next to worthless.
We were seated a half-hour after our reservation time. What's the point? We had a reservation at 7: We were not seated until almost 8: When seated, it was extremely crowded. Our waiter was not able to reach our places and had to pass our dishes and asked us to pass dirty dishes to her. Since they had changed 4 place tables to 6 place tables, It was so crowded that we could not move our chairs.
In spite of superb food, the environment and tardiness of seating us, dampened the festive feeling. We went to The Brown Palace the previous week and there is no comparison in the service and ambiance. We have been to Shanahan's before and you really came up short this time. Great staff, excellent food, perfect atmosphere. Really enjoyed the evening with the staff providing a great experience.
We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. They went out of their way to make it memorable. From the rose pedals on the table, to the card signed by the staff, to the complimentary desert! We had a very romantic evening! Thank you Shanahan's! Went after a show.
Had a relaxing style and pace while dining. French onion soup was very off that night. Very enjoyable evening. Our special occasion was very enjoyable!! The food and service was exceptional!! Will definitely go again!! One of my favorite places to dine. You dine here!! The steaks are always perfect and love their manhatan's. The bar area is small so going for cocktails before dinner wasn't the best idea, but the food and service made up for that. The Wine Sommelier who I believe was also the manager, was great at his job. The atmosphere was a little stuffier then I like, but still warm and slightly inviting.
Of course seeing the Lombardi Trophy and Broncos Championship rings was on the top of our list and that did not disappoint. Will return, but for special occasions only as the prices were quite extravagant, but that's not to say that the steaks we ordered were not worth every penny. They were excellent! Person serving water did not bring sweetener after 3 requests. He does not understand English. I have been to over 80 countries and never had a server who didn't speak English. The fries came barely warm. By the time the replacements came, it was time for dessert.
My 4 year old granddaughter always gets a tenderloin filet. It was quite disappointing. It was not close to an Elway's filet. My wife said that a steak she recently got at Pappadeaux was much better at half the price. There were very loud people at the bar which we found a little annoying. We have eaten there many times and were always satisfied. However, with so many fine steak houses in Denver, we will not go back.
Excellent service and exceptional cuisine. All of our steaks were done to perfection. Outstanding evening! Shanahan's always has the best quality of meat always cooked to perfect. Great selection of wines to pair with dinner. Perfect for meeting friends for a drink and appetizers in the bar, or for a special occasion in the dining room. Favorite steak house in Denver! Our dinner, drinks, and service were perfect, as usual. Shanahan's is the best and we wouldn't go anywhere else when we want to be sure we'll have a fabulous evening out. Michelle our server provided exceptional customer service.
The Sunday special Pris Fixe menus make this an affordable treat. We rate the steaks as the best in the Metro area. Ambiance is very nice, food was excellent as was the service. Very upscale restaurant, would recommend for special occasions. We had a wonderful meal with some of the best steaks we've had for us, it ranks near Elway's and Ruth's Chris for favorite steaks in Denver, above Del Frisco's, Fleming's, etc.
Also notable for us was the wine list, the Caprese salad the mozzarella was divine , the asparagus side with a balsamic reduction , and the French Onion soup the perfect French Onion. We spent a long time almost 3 hours on our birthday dinner celebration, and enjoyed every minute. It was busy Christmas Party time, so when they needed our table to make way for a large Christmas Party, a manager kindly offered us free drinks if we'd move to the bar area, which we happily agreed to. I know they would normally not ask a table to move, but given the very busy time and their need and we had been there a very long time , the manager approached it perfectly.
We enjoyed every minute of our entire night together. Food and service was amazing! Very clean, top notch staff and friendly. A bit pricey but will definitely be back couple times a year. Shanahan's is superb. The food is delicious, the attention paid to patrons is indulgent, the ambiance smacks of cool sophistication.
We enjoyed the crab cake appetizer; it brimmed with crab meat, not fillers, the lobster aioli sublime. Our martinis were chilled to perfection. The Caesar salad was plenty for two to share, and our 8oz. Filet Mignons were cooked to perfection. The creamed spinach was divine - next time we'll skip the steamed broccoli. Because we were celebrating our anniversary, they brought us chocolate tulip cups filled with chocolate mousse, topped with whipped cream. Our waiter, Julius, was attentive and knowledgeable. This is our third time at Shanahan's and we look forward to returning.
Shanahan's was spectacular! The staff was wonderful he helpful and our waitress could not have been more congenial, knowledgeable, competent, or fun. Great way to celebrate my 65th birthday Thanks Mara! I had the Bone-In Filet; it was one of the best pieces of meat I've had in years. Made a reservation several days in advance. Arrived on time and had to wait over 30 minutes past our reservation time to get seated. About 20 other people walked through the door after us and were seated before us.
Not impressed. Food, service was exceptional. It's alittle loud due to the design, but that is to be expected. Great spot for special occasion! We were taking an important client out to celebrate a sale and our clients requested this restaurant. If that wasn't bad enough, our clients ordered the crab legs and they came out cold and smelled like fish really badly. I understand that there is no 'formal' dress code, but if someone comes in wearing sweats and a t-shirt and their hats on backwards for dinner service they need to be refused service, if the manager is worried about offending someone, seat them in the bar or outside.
Attempted to note, while making the reservation, that it was our 25th wedding anniversary. Couldn't complete the reservation that way, so made a 'regular' reservation instead. Arrived on time for our 6: We were told that earlier diners weren't leaving quickly enough. Not impressed with the hostesses and their lack of responsiveness. Upon being seated, she noted that she was sorry that we had to wait for the table and offered to provide a complimentary appetizer. We indulged in the bacon wrapped scallops, which were indeed outstanding. The quality of the meal, as well as the meal service, was quite good.
When we shared that it was our anniversary, she offered to bring a special dessert. It was a delightful presentation of their signature chocolate cake, two glasses of champagne, and rose petals strewn on the table. However, none of these items were 'comped'. That seemed a bit strange, as it was the server's suggestion, not ours; in fact, we had champagne and dessert waiting at home. Most likely not. I'll stick with Del Frisco's. I have been here several times. Great service and food cooked to perfection.
A great place for business dinners. Year after year, we have celebrated our Anniversary at Shanahan's. Yes, it is expensive but is so worth it. How many restaurants can you say that serves delicious food consistently and with service that is impeccable. These two items rate very high for me while paying for a really nice meal. Shanahan's is always, always hands down the best steakhouse. Service was the worst we have had. When we arrived They told us they were over booked and tried to seat us in the bar.
We said we would wait for the dining room since it was my wife's birthday and we had our 3 kids. The food was good but not great. The sides were dry creamed corn, potatoes and creamed spinach. Not a good experience. Horrible Reservation Practice. What a beautiful space, too bad it's managed so poorly. One hour standing in the bar area after our scheduled reservation time and having been told multiple times by the clearly flustered hostesses that our table would be ready 'soon', we had had enough.
The husbands Manhattan had floaties of some sort in it, undrinkable. We stuck out the wait for another forty five minutes, holding the contaminated cocktail and hoping to be seated soon Hungry and tired of standing, we told the hostess that we were leaving. We declined wanting to speak with anyone- we just wanted to leave and attempt to salvage the evening by heading to a nearby restaurant and hopefully be seated and served prior to closing it was now approaching 9: The manager followed us outside and asked why we were leaving.
We politely told her the venue seemed poorly managed and waiting an hour past a reservation for a table for two was not okay. It also appeared that entrees were taking 45 minutes or so to reach diners at the tables we had waited near. A restaurant of this caliber should be very familiar with their table turn times and should be able to schedule appropriately to provide guests with a stellar experience. He brought us a gratis appetizer and the service and meal were top notch. Very impressed!!! Shanahans missed the target completely and is now on our 'do not recommend' list.
Waited 45 minutes even with a reservation. No acknowledgement or apology.
We were informed all our food choices were either unavailable or changed Spilled wine on the table. Steaks were very good though you can get better at most of the high end chains such as Ruth's Chris, Mortons, Del Friscos etc. Dinner with my wife and adult daughter. Food was good, as always, but the service was not great. For a high-end restaurant, the expectations of service are much higher than a fast food joint. The service was a bit slow and somewhat inattentive. It certainly did not match the level of service one would expect at this type of restaurant.
To top it off, after dinner we ordered two cocktails and ice cream for my daughter. The drinks were delivered but no ice cream. When I brought it up to the waitress, she apologized but immediately picked up the check to make sure that she added it to the bill, as she had obviously forgot about it.
