Ah jealousy! The best revenge for "the brick oven pizza and pasta" is to do better than the former joint. I love a good pizza. One of the best I ever had was in Moorea. They didn't use mozzarella but another tasty cheese. It was delicious!

In Hawaii, we used to buy spelt frozen pizza crust from "Graindance" at the health food store. Excellent crust! I wish I could find it in LA. I asked Whole Foods twice to get it, but they never did. I have to inquire about it again. Nadege, Exactly! I really respect that the new owners just kept plugging away and are doing well. Not my favorite, but no complaints, either. I will go back again. Super great Penna A La Gumbi but the garlic balls were a bit dry and tough to chew. Oh well! I would try again. On time and went over and above with delivery. Thank you Mamma! Love this pizza! Have ordered dozens of time for my family and for parties.
East coast crust. While I've often enjoyed food from this restaurant, my pasta was overcooked and had absolutely no flavor.

Plenty of garlic, but zero other spices. No salt, no pepper, nothing. The calzone was perfect. The pizza toppings were just bacon and pepperoni, and uneven. The pasta had no salt and was very bland. Usually love the food here and rave about it. Everything was great as always but they forgot my garlic knots. Super duper yummy!
Got the order correct and came even a little earlier. And it was a Saturday night! Arribatta with Shrimp was excellent. The shrimp Scampi fettuccine was very good, but could have use more garlic. This is my favorite pizza place but my last order was completely burnt.
Both the fried zucchini and pizza were visibly burnt. Good food! Always have a good experience with this place. Staff is friendly and when I called that it was the wrong order said they'd give me a credit so I could order from them again. Delicious crust and toppings with a very quick and friendly delivery.
