This is the 4th VR arcade I have visited since I first got addicted to the technology - and it was the best experience of all -- themed arcade, and nicely done interior with comfortable waiting area and very clean. Th staff were very friendly I decided to celebrate my birthday by going to a VR arcade, and I must say I was very impressed!

They clearly invested a lot in their facility and were quite professional. The decor fits their futuristic space aesthetic, they have top of the line We had a group of five year olds, boys and girls, and they all enjoyed it. The staff is very helpful and attentive and want everyone to get the most out of their time.

Really enjoyed the VR experience, it was a lot of fun. Controlling it and getting used selecting a game took a little getting used to, but once I was in the game it was pretty awesome. Would definitely recommend for a good time at a I was glad I bought a Groupon and went to the place.

Luckily we booked a 3pm time slot and no one was there except 2 fabulous staffers who really had a lot of patience Awesome time- great activity for parents and their teenagers! Would definitely go back again. Very helpful staff and super clean environment. I was truly blown away by the technology and the staff was very helpful.

Omg this company is so full of it!! They are just screwing people. I ordered this on nov. When i inquired where the product was before it arrived i was told three different things about it's status. One person said that i provided the wrong address When i asked what address they had on file, they in fact had the correct address , another said it was returned back to the company, and a third person said they were very sorry for the confusion but it was still in fact on it's way?? Upon arrival i requested a Viral Deal — skin care options 3 in 1 slimming and beautifying machine. I was told it could not be done and to allow the product to be received and return it then.
I have been trying to return it but am getting no where. I have been told i can use it for longer in order to decide if i like it.
