Recieved the card as expected but notice that the package graphic did not indicate 23 plan as show on Amazon. There was a small white sticker on the back indicating that this is a 23 plan.
A big sticker on the package indicated that this SIM card must be activate before use by either calling or use web site. This is not how it was indicated on the detail description of this product should just be able to dail a 3 digit number to activate! Went to website and filled in info and submit On chat with support and provide him with the card number and zip code, they were able to activate but when try to dial a number recieved a message insufficient fund.
Still on chat told support guy the issue and he ask for my name, shipping tracking number and email? So I asked why and he said to verify the product and to get my 8 digit PIN number. What 8 digit PIN number? I told him this was strange then he end the chat. Package had a big sticker saying go to activatemysimcard. Did that on my computer.
