They will not cover warranty and will deny your claim stating lack of maintenance even though you show all maintenance records showing maintenance was done more often than their scheduled maintenance recommendations. Couldn't get it exactly the deal I wanted. So I'll try again next year. Barry excels at customer service and has by far been the best customer service agent I've ever experienced anywhere! He asked me what I was looking for, I said a Tradesman with the 6. The Chrysler Pacifica ticked all the boxes. Asked me a million questions about where I got my car. Apparently has no idea that a new PCM comes with the Demon crate. Then he hung up on me. I love the outstanding service I get from each dept at Zimmer Motors. Took forever to get anyone to help us. Found a car we were interested in seeing and they could not find the keys because one of the managers had been using it as their car to drive around.
