The spa facilities were excellent finished by a treatment of your choice I opted for the facial, a perfect end to what was a lovely day. The spa day was so relaxing and the views of the grounds and castle were spectacular. Staff were very pleasant and did an amazing job of the treatments. The spa area of this beautiful castle hotel was excellent.

The beauticians were knowledgeable and did not try to push you into buying creams and Lotions. The afternoon tea was beautiful and very enjoyable. The castle hotel itself was beautiful to look around with suits of armour. Nothing prepares you fully for the first sight of the hotel. Our bedroom was comfortable.
Dinner at the Dungeon was an amazing experience, and walking around the grounds was fantastic. Treatments were really relaxing, i would recommend this spa to family and friends. We booked our two day special anniversary trip away after looking at the hotel through a country hotel website.
As I was our anniversary I opted for the package that had free champagne on arrival and Came to stay for my girlfriends 21st birthday. Staff were all super friendly, location and accommodation are beautiful. Food in both the orangery and the dungeons was incredible, and the Spa Really beautiful hotel inside and out. We really enjoyed sipping cocktails in the library bar looking out at views over the grounds followed by complimentary cocktails and a excellent three course Explore our Spa Breaks.
