I told her what my issue was, she told me I was wrong about my food being cold, and laughed at me and continued to laugh at me throughout the entire ordeal. Then told her it should take an hour and a half to make and deliver my order which is about maybe 2 miles from the location to my work. Kept telling me I was wrong, was very rude. Will never order from them again. A very naive and rude young girl at this location just dishonored a coupon, saying that it had to be in person, but there was no such language on the coupon. She essentially turned my business away.
I've been a loyal customer for years and I won't be coming back to Falbo's because of this experience. Extremely disappointed.

My family and I have ordered Falbos on several occasions and the pizza is good and the breadsticks are even better.. Enjoy sweet pizza sauce? May be up your alley if so. Neither of us cared for the overly sweet sauce on the pizza, high hopes were quickly dashed; ruined what would have otherwise probably been quite tasty. They taste like no-one else's we've ever tried.
Unfortunately saying NO to the pizza. Though they were quite busy, staff remained very friendly, patient, and helpful.

I could not believe the size of this sandwich which came on a soft hoagie-style roll piled high with thinly sliced beef and served with a nice Au Jus that was tasty and not overly salty. For an additional dollar you can add fries and a soft drink. I would go back again and again for this sandwich.
