The challenges all varied, but they were all about building with creativity and utilizing various pieces from different Lego collections.
This challenge was really neat. You were grouped in teams of 5.
In a relay form, one person at a time ran down and dug through a bin of purple Legos moon rocks and searched for pieces of the rocket ship that we were to build. Once all of the five pieces were collected you were to assemble them together and then run it back down to the moon rocks and crash!
At the end of each challenge, you were given a Lego pack as a prize! There was a great section on the floor of Duplos for all of the little Lego enthusiasts to play with.
Building stations were spread throughout the exhibit as well that inspired kids to be creative with their building. An art exhibit featured Lego markers which the kids had a blast coloring with!
All in all the Lego exhibit was really incredible. The displays were so fun to look at and admire. The centers and challenges were perfect for keeping kids engaged and to have the opportunity to play with Legos sets that they may not have! I would highly recommend going to the nearest Lego KidsFest to you!

This website uses cookies to improve your experience. We're planning on going to Legoland in a couple weeks on our family vacation so I was excited to see they had a booth to promote it.
I was able to get a theme park map and talk to one of the workers about where to find discount coupons etc. He also gave me a little inside scoop on what new things will be there when we visit! Then as if things couldn't get better- the back of the package of each of the free LEGO kits they gave my kids had a coupon for Buy one adult get a kid free for Legoland!
Just what we needed! They had concessions there- but as with most events it was extremely expensive. There were lots of places to sit for parents too- I loved that!
Because most things to do kept the kids busy playing or waiting in line for awhile so it was nice to be able to sit down close by and watch them. They had a special mother's room for nursing and changing diapers- but when I went to nurse my baby the room stunk of poopy diapers and there were 2 hard uncomfortable folding chairs to nurse in.
I ended up nursing her again later in a corner by the concessions because the chairs were more comfortable and it didn't stink. My kids had a blast and are still talking about it! They wanted to go back the next day! Subscribe to: Subscribe to KidsScoop!
