Looks as though theyre taking my money but giving me nothing in return! Ive reluctantly had to send an email to them as it is the only option available to me. I started shopping with Mighty Deals back in , and to be honest, I had quite a few problems back then with goods not arriving when ordered, and their customer service being frankly pretty poor, the worst by far of any of the daily deals sites.

I more or less gave up on them and used other daily deals sites in preference. However, I still purchased the odd deal from Mighty Deals when they came up with something enticing, and recently I have to say that their customer services team has improved beyond all recognition. I've had reason to contact them on several occasions in the last few months for reasons that were not their fault, and the service I have received has been nothing short of amazing. I now feel fully confident in purchasing from Mighty Deals because I know the customer service will be there if I need it.

All credit to Mighty Deals for improving their customer support and giving me the confidence to shop with them regularly again.

The upfront prices are attractive and encouraging a purchase but the cost of delivery is high when compared with other online retailers, especially in the case of purchasing 2 items of the same product the delivery costs are doubled. The product information is often sparse and should be in more detail and supported by pictures. Have purchased a few items at various times and have always been pleased with the goods and also prompt delivery.

I've checked with the finance team and they've confirmed that this has been processed and will reach your paypal account within 24 hours. I bought two lipstick stainers. I redeemed one voucher and when I received it it was rubbish. I asked them for a refund and not to send the second one and they redeemed the voucher and told me it would be with me shortly. I found a phone number but it is an automated service saying that all complaints are dealt with through emails.

I have been trying to contact you about an item I ordered and hasn't turned up, I phoned and emailed the supplier but they have not got back to me, and trying to contact mighty deals is impossible, please contact me asap, as this is a Christmas present , not happy. Easy to order no problems all good so far will review again after receiving products.

I ordered an Apple Watch from them on 23rd November with 7 day delivery. Item still not arrived 12 December.

It takes them ages to reply to your requests and when they did they told me the item had shipped and provided a fake tracking number! DO NOT use this company. I am in the process of reporting them to trading standards. Christmas is fast,approaching and here I am housebound for the second year running. I needed to find a site with a mirade of good deals in order to buy Christmas gifts for my family. In Mighty Deals I found exactly what I needed. The only problem from so many fantastic bargains was deciding just what to buy!

A truly fantastic site that's easy and enjoyable to use. All I need now is my email confirmation so I can get the orders here asap. I'm sure that won't be a problem.

I ordered a refurbished phone which would not allow me to download apps. Unable to contact merchant and no way of getting a decent reply from Mighty Deals. Got an address to return item but Royal Mail unable to deliver and parcel not collected so returned to me. This has been going on since September.

I have now passed all email correspondence to my credit card company and am hoping that they will be able to sort it out. As stated by someone else it has put me off buying from them. Used these offers a few times now. Always a good deal and prompt delivery. I ordered for the first time a mermaid blanket for my daughter's birthday. This never showed up. I have tried to get hold of customer service but it is impossible - no phone number, no email. You have to communicate with them through the page and they take about 3 days to respond to each query. I have been told on 4 separate occasions that the money has been refunded but I haven't had a penny back in my bank.

I am seriously considering reporting them to trading standards.

It has put me off ordering with them ever again. I had a similar issue with Groupon and was able to chat live with an operator who refunded the money straight away and sent me a follow up email - a much nicer experience! I would say to avoid Mightydeals at all costs as if anything goes wrong with your order - forget about it and kiss your cash goodbye. In response to the reply below - if you check your communications with myself, you will see I told you I didn't want a credit in my account as I will never use you again and asked on the 1st December for it to go back to my bank.
