He gave me confidence that everything would be alright. Indeed, the car had no issue. Understanding that the driving in the heavy rain storm was not what we have intended, he offered the check up to be complementary. The service I received was great, absolutely NO complaints. I scheduled an appointment for the recommended maintenance at 10k for my Challenger and all went smooth from the moment I walked in the door. My service advisor was Carl Mills and I will request him for all future visits. Carl provided excellent customer service and was very patient answering my questions. I recommend Carl Mills to everybody seeking any type of vehicle service! The Works, not.
Went to get an oil at the Quick Lane. Looked up online and declined as they were less expensive. Car was pulled around, and I did a visual inspection of lug nuts. Two on driver side rear were finger loose. Rim all scratched up around lug nut holes. Asked to have it looked at. Technician came out, tightened the two, yet did no inspection of other wheels to ensure safety. I purposely left one of the latches on air intake off to see if it would be inspected, as it was not the last time I brought in.
It had not been touched. No inspection of air filter. Checked brake fluid reservoir. Near empty. Checked washer fluid reservoir. Cabin filter.
Not checked. All of these Items were checked as good on the checklist I was given. Got home. Tried all lug nuts with lug wrench, and was able to remove all. Looked under vehicle. Oil filter was new, but screws holding the plastic drip pan to the undercarriage were missing. My suspicions of services not being performed when they said they were has been confirmed. My family and I have purchased several vehicles from Jim Burke Ford, and I assumed they could be trusted to meet my service needs.
My disillusionment of Ford products and now Service is increasing. For the hour and fifteen minutes I was there no one else waiting in waiting area , and the increase in price of the Works package, I question what was actually done to my vehicle. I urge everyone to inspect their cars after service to make sure the services they say were done, are indeed completed. Great experience - Rkp My overall experience was great. The people there were smiling and giving out good vibes. Everyone who I encountered was very helpful in getting me checked in and checked out as soon as possible.

He took down my info, and scheduled a ride home for me. Hours later I received a call with the info i requested, as well as quotes to perform the work.
Next day, he scheduled a pick up for me so I could pick up my vehicle. David was prompt, courteous, and very attentive to what I wanted done. I would definitely return for future work and request his services.
