In the future please kindly email a quote when asked and confirm that the customer would like to go ahead with the repairs before working on the car.

May 19, NTB in Waltham saved my life. They found that my ball bearings were bad to the point of being dangerous, but I didn't have the money for it. They set me up with a line of credit, 6 months no interest, and sent me home in a quiet, safe vehicle. It was clear how much they cared about keeping me safe.

May 12, William Arnal gave me exceptional service. I came in after hitting a pothole which destroyed a tire. I replaced all four at this NTB several months prior.
It was after work on a rainy Friday night. William understood my frustration and desire to just get home. He exercised my warrentee which was helpful but, he then was able to get my tire replaced and back on my way home in record time. The mechanic was also exceptional however I did not get his name.
