It's a great system, don't get me wrong, but there's some error in it when requesting a day off. You may get accepted for that day off, but when the day comes up on your schedule, you're working and have to confirm with your general manager about it. It's happened to me twice already, and will probably happen many more times. There are other associates working, but when the line goes down, they leave the register to do other stuff.

Retail just really grows on you. When I moved to Boise I only had a part time position and I just don't make enough there. The company changes so much its hard to keep up. Different vice presidents and CEO's like every year and a half it seems like. But all in all this is a good place for a stepping stone job.
