We will always have this company on the "go to" list. There was at least 3 lounges that we were intrested in so the range was great. Great selection, excellent customer service during whole experience. In store representative had excellent advice and product knowledge. Delivery drivers were on time, quick and cleaned up meticulously after they were finished.

Good quality and great price. Be careful when choosing mattresses, because once you complete the purchase it is not returnable. The staffs are very friendly and customer service in general good. The mattress was described as firm with foam topping but very supportive to the spine. It turns out to be very soft and not supporting the spine and not returnable Focus on Furniture Gepps X have always been helpful for me.

Combined the Kennedy range with the Winslet modular and works well together.

Great combo of fabric and wood to accent with our own accessories and pops of color. And, our girls love their 'Tiffany' beds that they can add their own personality to as they go from little girls to teenagers. Not cheap but not crazy expensive either: Easy to put together too - took a tenth of the time to put both girls beds up than our Harvey Norman Queen bed nightmare where none of the joining points lined up.

Thank-you Focus On Furniture! Bought a new sofa from the Mile End Store. Went in twice and both times adequate staffing to ensure no long waits to talk to a staff member and both were knowledgeable and helpful. Very happy with product once delivered. Only improvement may be a little more communication toward end of delivery time.

We were told weeks and at 7. Received it a few days later, maybe some proactive communication after weeks if customer still waiting?

I was served by a lovely gentleman named Stephen who took the time to listen to my needs and suggest a bed within my budget. Even though I left the store initially without purchase, when I called back and asked more questions, he went to the effort to shift on the shop floor, take photos and email them to me! This extra effort sealed the deal for me and I gladly came back and bought a bed and side tables from here.

To top it off - the delivery men were on time and to my surprise they unpacked and assembled it all for me too!!

Very happy with the product and happy dealing with the company! Then I purchased the Bounty Tall Boy. When I got it home it was to heavy for me to get up the stairs.

So I paid for the delivery guys to take it from my garage up one flight of stairs. Then I noticed that 2 faces of the drawers were upside down so instead of having a slant these 2 had the flat square edge showing. Apart from not looking attractive these 2 drawers have to opened from the bottom.
