No mango chutney either, and we specifically asked for it waitress said they didn't have any, as we were paying for the check the owner said that they did in fact have it. We awaited15 minutes for the waitress to take our order and then, the appetizers came out with dinner which was very disappointing.

Normally, I'd give this a three star review, but I am giving it a full four stars for two reasons: My husband had the best lamb dish of his life and the dosa was to die for. However, I found my chicken tikka masala to be lacking in chicken and very heavy on onions and green bell peppers- which I thought were overpowering, however the tomato cream sauce was outstanding.
The soup was the best I have ever had.
It seems he was called way briefly to correct a mistake with a take out order. He really puts his heart and soul into Ruchi and for that reason we will return. Ruchi definitely has promise, but unless they quickly correct gaps in the waitstaff they will suffer in Exton due to the many quality ethnic restaurants in the area.
