Greatest service person I have ever worked so far. He keeps me up to notice when my cars are in for service. Definitely a employee Lustine should have around. I really liked that when I pulled up in service lane a man came out and started helping me before I even got to the door. I went to start it today and found out that it would not turn over. Being out of town I didn't know what todo. I called Lustine Chrysler and Dodge and they were amazing. They provided me a phone number for the towing company that Chrysler uses. Customer service is excellent. However, since the beginning of the purchase of my Chrysler , I have not been happy with the performance of the vehicle. Not many dealerships go above and beyond for the customer I came in got my car serviced and was given a loaner car to go to work while my car was being serviced.

I received a phone call from Barry Basson letting me know that I was pass due for several services. When I came in I told him the ac was busted. Nope not at all I just needed services! Barry worked diligently to see if my warranty would cover it I must admit initially I was annoyed. I can't believe they convinced me to give them 5 stars after it took them 3 months to finalize my lease. I had a check from my bank looking to make a deal. Was promised a certain number for my trade. When I got to the dealership they were under what was promised. The prices online are not the prices they give. They are at least off price.
