That is wrong. There is never double drop rate for any of the chests. Angel devotion boxes are usually opened on Monday to get a lot of stamina for the normal map double drop and hoard it throughout the week. Today there is a wheel event.

At the moment I have around 20k diamonds. Should I participate to attempt to get draconia or should I ignore it, since it is only 30 soul stones and the wheel rewords are not for female characters? That's what I meant - for the stamina you get from chests you use them when double drop rate events are up Mon for gear in normal mode, Tues for ss on heroic mode. I think you misread original comment - I didn't say double drop on stamina, I said for your stamina.
