Slices were good and definitely a good idea to eat before crashing.
Delivery was a bit delayed, about mins. Look this place could probably be great if they had better kitchen staff that knew how to cook and not just reheat meals.
Reheated a couple times:. I did get a full refund and quick response:. I did not eat my delivery Were they just keeping the pizza in the oven overnight? Order was never delivered, had no missed calls or any attempts to notify me. Good place to eat but terrible to get on seamless. Will not do again. Delivery was an hour late. When it got here it was cold and rattled in the box.
The plain slice seemed as though it had been reheated several times from a previous day because the crust was stale and too hard to eat. The artichoke slice was cold and the pepperoni slices were so mangled one would think it got attacked by a bear. Food arrived 1 and a half hours after the est. The food came ice cold. Usually love the pizza, but it arrived 2hrs late and ice cold.
Food is usually good, but the delivery was late and the food was burnt. Not as good as when you were 23 years old and drunk getting pizza at 3am. The pizza is good however!!! If your are going to accept orders and will have customers wait up to an hour for delivery you have to have one of those temperature bags to keep the pizza atleast warm. I ordered on a rainy cold day and the delivery man came with a pizza box half open and wet and the pizza was cold.
This restaurant makes money no reason not to have the delivery warmer bags to keep the pizza hot. Order never arrived after waiting several hours.
Every time I order from here the order is drastically late. Usually more than an hour over the estimated time. They took 2 hours and 45 minutes to deliver my food from a restaurant 7 blocks away. They lied and kept saying it was "minutes away" whenever I was calling in 20 minutes intervals after the first hour and a half went by. Order is over an hour late and still no food. Should have listened to other reviewers. It's 3 slices of pizza ffs. What complete nonsense.
I was looking at the other reviews of this place and it seems like a pretty consistent problem that the pizza is cold. Second time it happened with them. I ordered a whole pie. I was given 8 several slices that were burnt in the bottom. We LOVE Artichoke pizza, but when their super busy the pizza tends to be way too salty, a bit over cooked where the sauce is no longer creamy , and the crust burnt.
We ordered around3: Replied October 08, Restaurant kept claiming it was almost here. Read multiple reviews with this issue and took a chance anyway. Bad choice! The they put us on hold to check on delivery driver and never came back. Would not answer the phone after that. Invalid address.
