Was this review helpful? Lovely place to work.
Great place to work, supportive management, career advancements, great pay, linked to Lloyds Banking Group, good benefits, really good work life balance. Excellent company to work for.
Great company to work for as lots of employee benefits, days out and great pension. Lots of varied roles in the business and a company that is always expanding and striving to be the best in the business. Helps support collected and gives support when needes.
No career progression - very much push sales not enough training - no downward communication a very poor company to work for. Ending up leaving due to poor management. Fun place to work. Great place to work.
A really great place, with a great culture. There is plenty of support from the management team and if you want to progress there is a clear progression path. Customer Service Executive advanced. My day starts between and finishes around I will deal with around 50 emails and calls during the day. I look after a major account with around fleet vehciles.
I have learnt leadership skills, time managment, organisation skill, working as a team. Managment are fair but sometimes lack the skill to listen when approached with business problems. They also operate a blame culture which can have a very negative impact on teams. My team are great and we all have a high level of respect for each other and help each other on days that are extremly busy.
We are also very aware of the impact to each other and our accounts if one of us are out of the office for the day.
The hardest part of the Job is knowing when to stop and have some lunch also making sure all service levels are met on time. I love working with my team and the feeling we have when we hit targets and forcast we always end the month on an high. My team are great. However we are very tied to the Bank's way of doing things which can be quite restrictive at times. Up and coming bank. Good company to work for with excellent training scheme for Graduates. Worst place to work. This place should be the last place to work if you have no other option left in life.
Flow leaders take childish decision when manager think they are the coolest and smartest people in the room. Sounds like the one you are keen on falls into both brackets. I would guess most of Lex Autoleasing cars are used by reps and, as such will spend a fair bit of time hoofing it up and down motorways but there is no guarantee of this. Is it possible to ask who the car was leased to? Apart from that lease cars are usually well looked after, serviced regularly and, if the driver was anything like my son, at the first sign of a problem like uneven tyre wear the car went straight into the garage.
Unless things have changed smoking is not normally permitted in lease cars so at least the car shouldn't smell but you could always ask the question.

Personal Contract Hire (PCH) could be an affordable way for you to drive a brand new vehicle.
Lex Autoleasing is one of the best know lease companies in the UK if not the biggest so they will have a well organised sales department and hopefully won't disappear overnight with your money. I would expect at least a 6 months guarantee with the car but try for a year. Bought a truck off them and never had a problem with it. If the price is right with good history go for it is my advice. Remember you will probably be paying more than what they would get at auction. Mine's an ex Lex, no problems whatsoever.
Is it a personal or business lease? Even given my experience I have baught ex lease car, from the original driver who baught it from the lease company and I would imagine as cars are more run of the mill compared to my specialist vehicle you should have no problems, just be aware it does not all go smoothly with lease cars just like any other. It is interesting working for such a large company. It's far to complicated to work out by yourself. Ending up leaving due to poor management.
Funnily enough did look at a motor in person at Lex Cov, nice facility, very new and modern, cars were all in good nick etc. I drive a lex auto lease comercial vehicle and while tyres are always premium brand servicing is very dependant on the garage doing it.
