It was supposed to ship by October 31st. We received an email saying it would ship by November 7th. We called that week and were told it would ship within the next week. We called the week after that and were told the vendor had not responded to a request for updated information. How grateful is that? I have been an Anthro member for almost 7 years and I just found out my account is on hold with no way of removing that hold. No one on Anthro Customer service side say they can help me and they won't forward my note to the appeals department either. In the past 7 years I have reported about 7 items undelivered all due to either house moves or building moves.
