My experience was terrible! I submitted an order online for a scheduled meeting of mine, I called to make sure the order was received and to confirm it would be done on time, and they confirmed. I get there to pick the order up while even giving extra time, and they had not even started it! As I sat in the lobby waiting for my order for another 45 minutes!
I observed the operation of the location. The one nice gal who was taking orders and giving out food was running around the dining room and the cashier station like crazy! All the while, the manager and several employees were literally doing nothing in the cooking area Several patrons were getting so mad because there was only one person servicing the entire restaurant. People wanted breadsticks and there was no one to give them out.
I am a retail general manager and this display was ridiculous. It is fair to say I will never use this location again. Thank you for seeking out feedback because how are we ever supposed to get better without it? We drove across town to celebrate our 15 yr. I told her that was what we had. I told him we would only need two twenties back because I could give them a five. At this point they had already started pulling our order. So, I ended up telling the cashier to cancel the order and we walked out.
So Chipotle, and Jimmy Johns won our business last night.

Better than excellent service. She was very disarming and talked me into getting more dinner than I had planned on. I was in Denver and drove 40 minutes to go here 5 times over my 9 day stay.

We knew that having a brewery at the headwaters of the Colorado River would produce a beer with amazing quality with the help from grains and hops from around the globe.
It really is that good! Been here once, the pizza and app was delicious. However, I would say that it is a little too pricey for what I would pay for pizza as it is really hard to fail at pizza. It was a delicious pizza and plenty for two. Had tasty leftovers reheated.
Very courteous delivery driver. Would definitely order again. You will be happy. We've driven past Goombas dozens of times and never thought to try their Pizza.
